The cashier was very friendly and assisted me with reconciling my error of using my OTC credit card, she was pleasant and understanding for this senior citizen, I will continue to shop at CVS.

This store is really petty.. Not only did they leave there pharmacy stay closed passed the open time they should of been open. They started my sisters script and gave us a time for pickup. Enitially giving us the impression they had the medication on hand.

The cash register made an assumption that there was medication on hand and because of the how long the pharmacy took to open the gate gate the assumption of stealing came up because the pharmacy did not open when they were supposed to open. They canceled my sister prescription because of the assumption but her boyfriend told them not to and proved he did not steal... After multiple hours of waiting CVS told my sister there was no medication in stock! That info should of been the first to been informed instead of being told to come back in 2 hrs... CVS has mist most terrible customer service I've ever experienced in my entireife of being in customer service....

Very Disappointed with the Pharmacy staff they seem not to care about customers needing their medication my son has been in pain for more than 3 hours and they’re still not able to give me my kid’s medication due to a mismatch mistake they made. Horrible customer service as well

Tried to get my HPV and HepB vaccine. When I came in to my Scheduled appointment,I was asked by the pharmacist about four different times if I really wanted the vaccines. She kept asking me why I wanted these vaccines and apparently saying that I I want the common cancer prevention wasn't I go to have enough answer to stop pestering me. I just left and told her I was going somewhere else. Why do you offer a service and then berate and frustrate your customers for trying to take advantage of that service? This CVS is a joke.

Bought something online, went it to pick it up and return it since they won't do it over the phone. They could not refund my card I paid with immediately upon the return and told me to call customer service. Called customer service and they are closed! I will never shop Herr again. Every other place including Walgreens can cancel the order and give your refund immediately.

I dont think they understand, fully how to offer patience and understanding to their patients. I had an insurance issue that they could have called on and instead told me I needed to call. Doesn't sound like a big deal to normal people, but to people with a panic disorder, it is upending. They did not offer to help and a co-pharmacist actually laughed. Drive thru windows aren't sound proof. *** the lady at the window I think was confused by my emotions and I don't fault her, but the woman who laughed should maybe reconsider her career or develop an understanding for others' positions. We don't go to the pharmacy for a good time, we go because we have problems.

CVS is by far the best pharmacy in my opinion. They are always helpful and friendly and you cannot beat their rewards program with rewards and extra bucks savings. Buying the care pass is totally worth it also.

You can’t look at anything in the makeup aisle without them calling for Loss prevention over the microphone. Most of the cr*p there is old and expired anyways.

Staff members didn’t care about my troubles with using my flex card. They just said that’s what the computers said.I have read some of the reviews and it looks like you are going down hill fast.I believe you will be out of business if this continues like this.
