My opthalmologist said the pharmacist would help me find an over the medication needed for my post-operative recovery. Not true. The pharmacist pointed down an aisle indicating I should look down there and that is all the help they were going to give.

Terrible service, never even checked the voicemail and provider called in 2 hrs before we got there and still had to wait and hr and they helped like 6 people ahead of us. Don’t recommend this location at all.

First off I came to pick up my prescription yesterday , i went inside first because i had to use the restroom so figured i could just pickup in there , was waiting behind this gentleman who hadn’t been helped yet , they tell him it’ll be a second , he says no worries 10 minutes pass and he still isn’t helped , so i decide to have my fiance drive me around the drive thru just to make it easier on us , again behind one car , i arrived at 3:10 and had to back out at 3:40pm because that one vehicle in front of me still hadn’t been helped yet, and 4 cars were behind us , it was no big deal my medicine to last me one more day yesterday so i could go and pick it up today on my way home from work , today i go perfect no one is in the drive thru line , so we pull up but now there whole computer system is down so they can’t give me my prescription, really ridiculous considering people need prescriptions for life threating conditions , that isn’t my case thankfully i can wait another day but super disappointing.

My experience at CVS was exceptional. I could not find eyeglass cleaner and was ready to check out. A team member offered to help me and actually delivered the item to me.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My prescriptions have been ready for three days, today I come to pick them up at 3:15 PM. There’s four employees working, as I sat in my vehicle, one employee saw me then disappeared into the back, then the other three started helping people inside the store even though acknowledging that I’m there in the line waiting. I hit the call button twice, but instead, I was given confused looks like I wasn’t supposed to even be here. They let me sit there another 15 minutes, so by that time I’ve already been here for an hour. When the lady approached the window, she started giving me excuses about why they’re taking so long and she started arguing with me When I asked, why does it take so long when there’s four people working. The way I was treated at the window, and I sat there for well over an hour when it should only take 15 minutes maximum per car. I will never ever recommend this location to anyone I know.

I am not sure why this store has an opened pharmacy, there's always excuses why they can't get my prescription filled within a reasonable time. I was in the ER for my heart going out of rhythm, on Memorial Day, the ER doctor gave me an extra dose because this Pharmacy was closed on Memorial Day and told me to call the pharmacy first thing in the AM because I need to take this medicine twice a day. He also said that I needed to ensure that I took it early in the AM on 5/28/24. When I checked my app to see where my prescription stood, there was no information, I then messaged an agent on CVS app, she told me it would be after 4:30 pm before they can get it filled. I explained that based on my pulse still being elevated that I could not wait that long for my prescription. I advised her that I would call the pharmacy and talked with them and explain the situation. I called and spoke with the pharmacist, I explained the issues and said that I needed this due to ill regular heartbeat and was in the ER, her comment was I know what the medicine is for and that since they were closed on Memorial Day, and she only has one person filling prescriptions that it’s being delayed. Once again why is this pharmacy open if they can’t employ enough people to fill medicine that is critical to my and other people health? She also said that other people are also waiting on their heart medicine, what does that have to do with me? I will be moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy and based on my recent experiences with this pharmacist it will not be with any CVS stores. Very disappointed as a 100% disabled veteran I expect better treatment than this.

If I could I'd give negative stars. The pharmacy does not open on time, take too long a lunch and good luck gettonf these lazy workers to help with scrip issues. Laziest employees ever, I'm pretty sure any good review must be some relative or friend of the lazy rude employees so don't believe a word aboit good customer service!!!!

The pharmacy service at this location is terrible. Have to call multiple times to get one prescription filled. It should not be this hard to fill 1 prescription every 30 days. They will tell you they are too busy and it will be a couple days to fill your prescription. I can understand them being busy but I can’t deal with the rude treatment and constantly having to follow up. I had to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

The lady pharmacist always goes above and beyond! She stayed late to fill our Rx last night which saved my little puppy's life! Thank you!!!

The pharmacy staff are so subpar at this location, the pharmacist is a rude condescending jerk. Why CVS employs her is a mystery. Thankfully Walgreens is close by, so while the drive is a little further from my house, it’s well worth it! Walgreens is actually happy to have customers, CVS on Brown and Ellsworth not so much.

By far the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with, I have a very allergic reaction to something and had to go see my Dr due to bad reactions to something! I received a shot but was also put on 2 different medications to help fight it. The prescription was placed at 3:00 pm and as of 6:15 it showed still in process! I called the pharmacy to see what the status was and why haven't received an update on my prescription and why it hasn't been filled yet, after 25 minutes listening to elevator music, no one picked up the phone to say anything! I've never have had whatever's is going on with me in my life, I'm scratching due to the highly sensitive circumstances of my pharmacist can't be bothered to even answer the phone! I'm done with CVS, horrible customer service!

Pick up my meds from the daytime Pharmacy today and I got to say they are the awesome fast excellent customer service!
