I am an existing patient and happy with the doctors. There are good doctors in the practice here, but it's rare that I can reach anyone when calling the Office. I have read where there's other people that try to get through and how many more that have not left a comment. It would sure help if this office had more people to answer the phones.

My husband had 3 stents placed and they have been watching an aneurysm. Dr. Dalhman is excellent but the office is horrible. We have tried over and over to get him in to do his twice a year examines but they don’t answer, return calls or show any care about continuity of care. It’s been over a year and we still haven’t been able to book an appointment. How awful to be treated like this and I wonder if Dr. Dahlman knows her patients are being ignored.

My wife had a intake appointment Friday June 7th 2024 for her heart as her primary DR referd this place. Long story short Dr Muhanad Al - Zubaidi told my wife without any test being done at that office that her problems are coming from her being an alcoholic, or she has mental issues. I could not believe what I heard come out of that man's mouth. FIRST OFF SHE DOES NOT DRINK! AND MENTAL ISSUES INCLUDING ANXIETY WERE RULED OUT BY HER NEUROLOGIST!!!! Thats the reason why we were at your office. Of course my wife was trying to explain that to the Dr but he continued to cut her off. She explained that her Gastrointestinal DR informed her the wernt able to do anything about her stomach conditions without her heart Conditions being settled first as she wasn't cleared for surgery because of her heart problems. Extremely unprofessional of him and rude! An email has been sent out to her primary about our experience. Why is their a Cardiologist making assumptions about things with my wife that are not in his scope of practice. We will never be back and never. Will we ever recommend anybody to go to your office!

Do Not use CVAM for your cardiac needs. I was misdiagnosed in 2015 for Aortic valve replacement. I was told I didn't need one. 2 weeks later I was admitted with a stenotic valve and had an open heart. Today my daughter was told and admitted for Myocardial bridge and told she needed an open heart. Then Dr Daliman comes in and belittles my daughter and laughs at her face and proceeds to bash Dr. Ambrosia. Then says he missed diagnosed her and says she can't have a second opinion and tells her to go to MAYO who the heck bashes another provider and directs us to MAYO from Banner? Are they saying Banner is capable of providing adequate care? Well, I'm definitely reaching out to the news and the medical board to file a complaint. Oh, we are going to Mayo and if she has heart surgery or something happens to my child I'm obtaining a lawyer and suing the HELL out of CVAM. CVAM you need to get your providers in check!! You all talk bad about each other how can a patient feel SAFE in your care.

We really like Dr. Desai but unfortunately the office staff wasn’t friendly and welcoming. We also had some appointments scheduled then received messages with different days?? And calls switching things?! It was very confusing.

I work in customer service and to find such a young lady like Grace is super rare. She is always so patient and caring with every person that walks in that place. Don't let her go because she is a keeper. Others there are ok, some are super rude. You will find that everywhere but GRACE is way above and beyond. She really cares about her job and the feelings of others. you can watch her any time of day with any patient and see how awesome she is. When dealing with health issues it is always stressful and scary and to have someone start the experience on such a positive note sets the tone for it all. High five to whoever hired her.

Don't appreciate Joe's impatience with me when I returned their call to reschedule an appt because the doctor got called out to an emergency. These things happen for sure, which I understand. What I don't understand is why when I was given 1 hour notice on the cancellation that I have to go to the very back of the line as if I were just walking in off the street. My referring cardio asked for an "ASAP" appt, which Joe the receptionist didn't feel like taking the time to listen to. The proper way to handle it was to either A) squeeze me in, or B) move someone's that appointment that was made more recently and squeeze me in. FIFO seems like the best approach here. Anyway, at the very least, teach the guy answering the phone not to interrupt patients, and teach them some bedside manner.

Amy, I am shocked and disappointed after today's visit. I have been a true patron of yours and never expected to be brushed off like I did today. It's been 5 years since I first sought your health advice and never have I felt insulted as I did this morning. I travel long distance to see you, undergone heart procedures you have ordered, and take your prescribed medications and never expected to be mocked as I was this morning. I too am a doctor, in a different field of study and would never tell my students I am too busy to share my expertise. I am who I am today because of Gods will and the students I teach. Perhaps you should consider the patients who made you who you are today. This pain I have is harsh and I would never wish it upon you or anyone else. You have lost a patient, a friend, and my respect. I wish you well and send a prayer for you.
