Purchased a knife with a lifetime warranty and lifetime sharping.It broke, Took them 10 months to fix it.Repaired knife lasted.Two hours...... All they have is cheap chinese trash. Save your money and go somewhere else

My knife broke and took it in to fixed drop off 2 months ago stopped by get it and still not ready all it needed was a new spring don't waste your money there

Can't inspect the product myself, I'm not going to buy. Needs better policy when it comes to handling the swords. If I can't handle it I definitely won't buy it... Sorry

If this Cutting Edge is ran by the same person/people that own the one inside Arrowhead Mall, then I would highly recommend preparing yourself for terrible service. The Cutting Edge at Arrowhead mall does a horrible job of maintaining proper employee services, for their employees curse freely, sit on the job and are straight up rude to the customers. Not an ounce of sympathy was shed for when they packaged the wrong item and charged me well over the correct price when I left and returned.

If I ever get my knife back fixed I’ll change my review but as of now almost 2 1/2 months later still haven’t gotten my knife back and when I call I get rude responses saying we will call when it’s done even though I was told 2 months max return time disappointing when you spend over a 100 on a knife in store not at a gun show are traveling sales man again if I ever get my knife back I’ll change my 1 star review

I had a young lady who was pleasant to deal with and was very accommodating when asked to show me the different products. I just purchased a knife so I can't give a 5 star until I take time to use it. The knife is solid and everything about it is tight. I will post a 5 star if it holds up after 30 days.

Always something neat to see here and while they have had plenty of staffing issues they currently have what seems like a good group running the place. The owner is knowledgeable about his products and while he can be a little rough around the edges at times he has never been unhelpful with anything we have asked of him. The location leaves a lot to be desired but that is just the state of this mall anymore.

I came in with my boyfriend to get a taser for a friend, we asked a few questions about them to determine which one to purchase, and the two ladies behind the counter were extremely rude and nasty to us. When we began to ask questions one of the girls rolled her eyes at us and spoke in a tone that showed she didn't care, and she definitely didn't want us to be there. After a few more questions I think they realized we were going to in fact make a purchase ( even though we shouldn't have at this point) and changed their attitude, they then began to bicker back and forth unprofessionally to each other and just acted very rude all together. The only reason I spent my money here was for my friend, but after seeing all the other reviews I will NEVER come back. Disgusting attitudes

They advertise their knifes as life time warranty and free sharpening but they have had my knife for over 5 months and when I stopped in the store today the employee basically told me I don't know what to tell you it's on the owner.

Cutting edge is a great place to get your weapons. I first saw this place when I was walking around and decided to take a look. I was amazed with the large variety of knives they have and even katanas! I have gone there twice and bought multiple swords and knives from there. The employees are very nice and are informative and know a lot about their weapons. 100% would go back again
