Great service and knowledgeable about what to do to switch from StraightTalk to Cricket plus helped find all the accessories for my boyfriend's new phone. She was from a different store but was a huge help.

I went in to address a chip in my screen and I decided a new screen protector would solve the issue. When I went in the clerk which turned out to be the assistant manager or manager rather wasn't determined tried to upsell me on a variety of accessories. Bad day and bad choice to choose this store because the seem like they don't care about the customer at all. Proof of this is I came in an hour before closing and left with a screen protector I had to put on myself because the manager Banely, who was rude to me and had me questioning if I should leave Cricket altogether, wanted to sell me accessories rather than do what I came in for. When I started to point out the time until closing shouldn't she put on the screen protector she barked at me that it would get done. I asked for her name and employee ID she stopped working on helping me and shifted to another person who was trying to get something last minute. I don't see me coming back here unless it's to complain about Banely she was awful and supposedly the one in charge. At my job if a customer comes before close we stay maybe lock the door to new customers but we stay and give the customer service they deserve. I'm more than dissatisfied with my experience and wish I wouldn't have run into this lady because she is rude, unprofessional and didn't help me with a screen protector which I thought would take 15-20 minutes and gave me a hard time. They deserve 0 stars because of the manager Banely on this visit. If you can drive further Avoid This Store.

This is my neighborhood cricket. I'm happy they are back open at this location. I highly recommend you use this location typically you can get right in and out. Banley and Princes are very helpful and friendly. South West corner of Sossaman and Broadway.

Wasn't sure what I wanted when I went in. I asked a lot of questions and the young lady working was very helpful and kind. Glad to know there are still kids out there nice to us old folks ?

Banely, Yaihr and Christina OMG!! The absolute best customer service I have ever received! This is my store now, it's a ways from home but well worth with it!! Love this group of people!! Thank you so much for all of your help ☺️

Great location just opened, my experience was super pleasant . Staff is very upbeat, knowledgeable, and helped me with all my wireless needs. Atmosphere Inside was very clean , new and great music !

I just found out that I have no insurance on my samsung s8..why??? my hubby and I purchased new s8 at the best buy store in april 2017 when they first launched them..because our wireless provider.."Cricket" didn't have any for their customers!! Cricket told us to purchased them at best buy..they would turn them on..tranfering data from our cricket s5's..neglected to tell us that in purchasing phones elsewhere they charged us $25 connecting fee for each phone..also neglected to tell us we're not eligible for certain perts..wifi..calling ..etc. we asked for insurance to be put on both phones..we had it on both phones..until I dropped my phone a week later..smashing the screen..Jose at your store said he could get it repaired for $600..insurance would not cover the damage.. too new..Jose scammed me out of a new sim card..( which I did not need) gave me the run around..lying about repairimg my phone..scammed out of my personal pin number. Because I wrote a bad review about his assistant..now I could be wrong but I think he removed mine off the phone insurance..bad for business..since we have been with cricket a long time. ..can't put insurance on my phone till I purchase a new cricket phone..BADD.. and SUCKS!!

EXTREMELY TERRIBLE SERVICE! Called to ask if they had a phone in stock. Was placed on hold as soon as they answered the phone. Heard laughing in the background right before they placed me on hold. Ended up driving to the location to ask in person and in the meantime I was still on the phone on hold. Got to the store while still on hold for 20 minutes just to go in and see a clerk standing around not talking to any customers. When approached and told him about the situation I got absolutely NO APOLOGY WHATSOEVER!!! Never coming back or dealing with this location ever again. I highly advise everybody else do the same.
