Went to this store after I changed my debit card number for auto-pay to make sure everything was good. The gal assured me that my new card number was in the system. I asked if I should do a "quick pay" to ensure I did not lose service. She told me it was not necessary, and payment would be processed the next day. That next day is when I lost service and had to pay $10 extra as fees for losing service. Went to the store again and a different employee told me about their policy and she could not do anything. I paid the charge plus the extra. The lack of knowledge from these employees cost me $10 and 2 useless trips to the store. If you have Cricket, go to a different store for anything.

Good customer service but full off lies. They said I was going to paid $400 now progressive leasing is charging almost the amount of $700 I dint get a cricket recive I only got a flyer and a number to call wich I have call since the day I got it, but there no answer they always busy now they got my credit card and my address and a bill of $613.00 just because unexperience customer service and they traying to get commission of a sale and a little be of money on their pocket they won't tell you the truth. In the top of that cricket phone are Not worth it.

Amazing service. Helped by a wonderful, tallish Hispanic woman. Forgot her name. Manager also helped. I will be buying a speaker. I wish I remembered her name.

Total ripoff. After returning from decades overseas I was told that my Samsung phone would not work on the Cricket network and suckered into buying a brand new Samsung A53. I later found out that my old phone worked just fine. I had no time to argue as I needed a USA phone #. The reception on the new phone was terrible and I kept losing signal during conference calls at my new job. When I switched to another provider I was told by Cricket that they wouldn't unlock my $500+ dollar phone. I now own a 500 dollar paperweight since they won't give me a refund or unlock the phone. The kids at the store have no idea what they are doing (apart from ripping people off) and claim there is nothing they can do. Horrible experience I will badmouth Cricket any chance I can.
