I went on line, googled the DFCU site, and attempted to complete my transaction but without success.The site provided me with an opportunity to talk w/a staff member, and I got a call within the hour to get the help I needed. “I just opened an account here because it's right next to my home AND they are currently offering very competitive CDs & money market % returns. These are two investment vehicles which I had been researching for a quite some time and the % returns offered by VantageWest (til end of 2023) are the best I've found! One important and potentially timely note for others considering these investments: you will first need an initial direct deposit from your employer into your new account before you are able to open the CDs or money market accounts. Every employee I have encountered has exceptionally great customer service and the lobby hours are much better than my former, adjacent financial institution: Bank of America.I hope this review is helpful to you and if you are seriously considering VantageWest, send me a message as I may have a promotion available to you.”

“They have been helpful, and fare with me.When I opened a account with them they took a lot of time going over everything with me. They answered all of my questions and at no time did I feel rushed at all.When I went back to open a second account it was denied, and they helped go over why and what I can do to gain approval. I took their advice and was approved a few months later.There are many locations available, some with drive through windows, and others inside businesses.I like their hours, because it works well with my schedule.Always friendly employees that are willing to do so much for customers”

“My wife and I decided to open a CD account with Sunwest. Right from the “get go” the people who assisted us were super, patient and knowledgeable. Betsy at Customer Service really went beyond to make sure we felt comfortable with what we had hoped to accomplish.At the Mesa Branch, Sharon the branch manager was super. She spent over 90 minutes with us, to make sure all was right and we understood everything that was taking place in fact she went above and beyond with some difficulty we had with the credit bureau.Thanks to all at SunWest, look forward to working with you all.”
“A great, large parking lot. Perfect for finalizing transactions on Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace and OfferUp. Parking spaces are wide and nice shade trees. I would definitely consider using this parking lot for future transactions.”
“I've had many pleasant experiences at this V.W. location (Stapley and McKellips). I even taught them a trick that I learned at the V.W. Crismon location and they were open to my suggestion and even called their help team right there on the spot to follow up on what I was sharing with them. The employees are ALWAYS friendly, helpful and greet you with a smile and exit you with a thank you - that is hard to find nowadays and for that I am extremely thankful !! There have been occasions where I have needed additional help that the V.W. 800 # was unable to provide and this location's management always steps up to rectify or follow up on what I need. “I have been a client of NFCU for 10 + years now with no complaints. I have been to branches within and outside of the US and have never had a bad experience. That's probably unusual to hear, but their customer service is top-of-the-line. NFCU is not out to charge their clients every fee that comes along with services. If I didn't have this bank, I would resort to hiding my money in a coffee can or under my mattress as my great grandma did.”

“Awesome staff and great company!! Banked with them for 7 years now with only one mildly sour experience, but so many more great ones!!! When car salesmen and dealerships were telling me that 18.5% was the lowest interest they could get me for a car I wanted, I was amazed when truwest offered me THE SAME LOAN for less than half the interest at 8.5% 1000000/10 ALWAYS RECOMMEND!!!”
