We love Creme! The entire staff is so friendly, warm, and caring. The teachers take such good care of our son, and we are always well informed about his time there.

I can not say enough positive things about this location! First this location has a fantastic Director (Lauren), amazing admin staff, and wonderful teachers. We are always greeted with a hello, and a big smile. They constantly pour into the children and the kids really do learn here. Our son loves Ms. J and she truly loves the kids as well. Our daughter was recently diagnosed with T1D, and these guys did not shy away from the challenge. The communication between us, and the staff regarding our daughters care has been nothing short of great. Before our daughter started here they communicated about the training needed, and studied for endless hours on what T1D looks like, and what the care involves. They even were open to scheduling a Zoom call with her care team.We receive constant communication on her care. I walk away every morning knowing, and truly feeling that our daughter is safe in their hands. Mr. Andy, and Lauren have gone above and beyond to learn our daughters routine!Thank you guys for taking such great care of our kiddos. We are proud to be apart of the Creme Family!

Called to inquire about pricing, they refused to provide any information until i gave them all my personal info. All they need is the childs age. said thats their customer policy. clearly they discriminate and dont want new clients. it is a call center, they refused to give the number to the location or provide any info about tuition or hours without collecting personal info.

My kids started a couple months ago, worth the wait. Every worry lifted from our families shoulders, having them in such awesome care. Kids love their teachers and love the school.

Had a great experience with this school. Tiffany was very welcoming on my tour. I was a walk in and have struggled for months to locate a school that would work for my family. I am very selective in regards to my children's care and knew this was the place for us. The school was lovely, the Director came out and welcomed my family. Tiffany was very informative and kind. She took the time to get to know my children and my own expectations. I cannot wait for my kids to attend this school. Definitely will be sharing with friends who are also looking for care.

The day before yesterday I called into their administrative office to inquire about the toddler program (15 months). My goal is to enroll my daughter into day care school in assistance with education & social development to prepare her for pre-k/K to assure she is meeting/excelling before kindergarten enrollment. As I am currently going to school online & I (was) working from home, help w/ child care is also a plus. It's not an emergency where I need to have her in a day are tomorrow, but around/by 2 years old is my goal.Summer at the administration office who was very kind & informative with this inquiry . She gathered information from me (my daughter's name, age, my name, phone number & email address and what my inquiry was). She then emailed me program information, tuition , overview of what we discussed & my appointment tour that she set. During our conversation, she did advise me that due to staffing, there was a waitlist until estimate January of 2023 at the Mesa location and it will be a 200$ non refundable waitlist fee. However, the director of the location during my tour should be able to give more details and answer any questions regarding enrollment & the waitlist process. She suggested however to still do the tour before applying for the waitlist. I agreed & we set my appointment for Thursday at 11am.As a disclaimer before I move on: With how the child care industry currently is, I agree that staff are overworked and underpaid, the waitlist was not a surprise and completely understandable. Child care workers should be paid doubled what they are making and our government should be involved and do something about it.As I arrived to my appointment on Thursday 11:05am, there was two ladies at the front desk. One greeted me & I advised I have a scheduled tour. she told me to sign in. I only waited about 3 minutes (the ladies at the front didn't notify me that someone would be right with me; just seem to act if I wasn't there; awkward silence). Then one of the two ladies walked around the desk and advised her name was "Tiffany" & she will be showing me on the tour. She didn't ask how I was doing. As we walked maybe 10 steps she asked "what brings me in today?"I thought to myself, well I have a scheduled appointment, why would you not know why I'm here, my daughter's age (or her name or my name) or what program I'm interested in? Not very personal. I explained my daughter's age & I'm researching daycare...she interrupted me & said "to be honest with you we have a 2-3 year wait right now". I was caught off guard & just replied "well I guess I don't need a tour then?" Confused to say the least. We walked back to the front. We didn't even get anywhere to see anything. She didn't apologize for the time wasted or miscommunication that inadvertently (I'm assuming) happened. Nor did she help outside with my daughter by opening the door (she saw I was by myself & had my daughter in a stroller who was sleeping and their doors are not automated). As I walked to my car disappointed that I got my daughter ready to just be turned away. I understand things happen, maybe there was a gap in communication that there is a 2-3 year wait vs a 8 month wait at this location. That is a huge difference! plus I wouldn't give 200$ for a waitlist that long.Besides that, I felt as it she was annoyed I was even there & never less...Not welcomed. As a mother, my initial instinct was I don't want my daughter some place where an employee acts like that so I didn't even want to try another location. As I do understand this industry is understaffed & overworked. However, you are representing a company and first impressions is everything. I have been in customer service for 15 years (I'm only 31) and both my parents are business owners...I comprehend that as a service /business, you can't always accommodate or satisfy everyone that walks through your door. I love this school! I see my kids' progression since we enrolled them. Both are smiling and cheerful whenever we pick them up. This tells me that the staff and teachers care about all students and their respective families. They also are on top of communicating things if there are any announcements, changes or disruptions. Cleanliness- 5 starStaff and Teacher- 5 starAcademic and Curriculum- 5 starI highly recommend them! I also love that there is a coffee shop (Black Rock) across the school!

Creme has always supported our family. The teachers communicate well with me as a parent and have changed my opinions about daycares. They truly care.

I love this school!! I want to thank all the wonderful teachers, staff and administration for all they do and how they go the extra mile. My family has come to love the programs, special touch the teachers give and even the decorations that make this school extra special and so inviting. I wanted to include my review so everyone knows that most of the parents, all of the parents who attend, have expressed as much joy for this school. Appreciation to all as you continue to be the best at what you do... loving, supporting and teaching our kids!! A+

Our son has been attending for the last 2 years and we have never had a bad experience. The teachers work hard to promote a nurturing and educational environment regardless of the classroom age.

This place was such a disappointing heartbreak in the end. My son is two years old and was viciously bullied by another kid, but the school administration and his teachers, who he loved, wouldn’t do anything other than tell him to say no thank you. I had to come in one day to see the kid my son said was bullying him with another kid pinned in the corner, while the bully was punching him in the face. The two teacher stood at the other side of the room chit chatting while this poor, sweet, little boy screamed bloody murder. I pulled my son out the very same day. This place is a madhouse and there is very little actual supervision or intervention going on. Don’t send your kids to this factory farm that treats kids like feral animals.

Children’s Learning Adventure in Mesa is by far the best daycare we have taken our children to. They treat us like family and are so welcoming. I can confidently leave my children every day knowing that they are being cared for as I would care for them at home. Some of the most amazing teachers and staff!!! We would never go anywhere else again! I highly recommend this daycare.

We have been here for 8 months now which is longer than I have been at any other daycare in her life (turning 3 soon). I am quick to pull my child if even the smallest thing happens to her, but we haven’t had any issues. She rarely gets sick which tells me they always keep it clean and not just for tours. The last daycare she had 4 injuries at school where they had to call me to get her because she was pushed and that was just the first week there so she was taken out. Not a single scratch on her in 8 months being here. She is very distant and suspicious of anyone new including new students (given the prior daycares) but she loves coming here. She can name the teachers by name and tells me she can’t wait to come here and give them hugs especially Chelsea. She has opened up and flourished at this school. The teachers here potty trained her so quickly and the curriculum is amazing. I am impressed at the things my daughter knows at just 2 years old. In her last 2 year old daycare she refused to speak and would scream if I dropped her off and to have her actually ask to go to school is a blessing. It is expensive, but so were doctor and hospital visits from injuries at less expensive daycares plus time off work. I am about to have another child and we chose to come back here because the peace of mind I have knowing that my children are safe means more than saving money.

This is a difficult review to write; however, based on the experience I have with a variety of childcare centers, its directors, and teacher involvement, I feel it's pertinent to share. Given the high tuition here, ($230/week for a preschooler full time,) and its gorgeous facilities, one would assume that the advertised curriculum was being followed, and behavior managed. My son was hit by another student yesterday causing bruising and needing to be iced. The student who hit mine continues to bully other kids in the class by way of violence and disruption. Nobody seems interested in removing the child from the class: even if it means that he consistently hurts others. The last few weeks I've picked my son up there seems to be a complete lack of control in the classroom. Yes, I understand they are four year olds; however, shouldn't there be some kind of structured learning activity occurring? Especially for nearly a thousand dollars a month? If I wanted a daycare, I would simply put him in one. I wanted him practice his alphabet, maybe learn some math and science. This doesn't seem to be the case here.I am hardly ever sent any work of his done in class. Probably because they don't do any. If you are looking for a place to watch your child in a pretty building: this is the place for you. (If they do something about the violent child in the preschool class.)If you want your child to learn and be prepared for kindergarten: this is not the place. To the director if you are reading this:Please train your teachers or provide training for classroom management. As a teacher myself of 8th and 9th grade students I understand how difficult it can be to control a classroom. The level of chaos I see on a daily basis is unsafe and unacceptable. CLA is a business and you strive to make money: but the ratios are much too close to the legal limit every day for a person to handle without burning out. Pay your teachers a living wage and maybe cut down on some of the "extras" like brochures. Finally, come up with a disciplinary plan for children who pose a threat to others that works.
