Excellent customer service. I believe the gentleman I spoke with was Greg? I called ahead of time to make sure I had all my ducks in order as far as a reduction in service. The over the phone service was amazing, very attentive, it is just something you don't expect anymore. Upon arrival I was greeted, and taking care of immediately. I honestly thought going there was going to be a pain. There is a great crew working there and I thank you very much.

Wait time wasn’t too bad. I was practically in and out. Service was quick and painless. I only went in for a Ethernet cord. The Rep who helped me was kind, professional, and efficient. I appreciated his willingness to assist me.

I stopped by the store on Southern Ave. in Mesa and spoke to Aubrey. She was so very helpful and professional. Can’t thank her enough for helping me with my recent bill. Ask for Aubrey! She is the best customer service person I have met at Cox!

We pay for the premium internet speed via our apartment management company, but it is absolutely terrible. It constantly crashes, and the customer service is pathetic. Our service is paid through our apartment complex, and yet they repeatedly turn our internet off for non payments. I despise this company.

Not really crazy about the kiosk sign in. But otherwise a very clean store and helpful people. Just be ready to sit there for a long time if there’s a few people ahead of you.

I was at the Mesa store the last two days dealing with two different customer service. Your colleagues provided exceptional support, advice and patience during my transactions. I highly recommend Consumer Cellular from their price, staff and overall customer support. You won’t be disappointed.

A friend died. In June I took the cable box to the Cox store and explained the situation. The manager credited the amount owed and said he would close the account. Still receiving bills threatening a collection agency. Called Cox and 38 minutes and 5 representatives later was told that only the account holder could close the account but he could send forms and if returned with legal documents the account might be closed. I am going to let it go to collection and let them try to collect from a dead person. Im not really worried if she gets a bad credit rating.

Garrett Busch was amazing we have been dealing with a phone number issue and accessing our account for at least a year and he fixed it and found us discounts. We came in to cancel and Garrett saved a customer. Thank you so much
