I have been waiting for prescription for 4 days from this Walgreens. I can't believe it takes this long to get a heart medication filled. I have called three times too. It was supposed to be ready at 1:00pm but NOPE. After I will transfer my business elsewhere.

pharmacy is horrible, people working are rude and the customer service is also horrible. the pharmacy will text me and tell me my prescription is ready, and then i show up 30 mins later and it's NOT

Horrible people...when we told the punk pharmacist guy how we were treated he just said "huh" and then "okay I gotta go" & hung up!! Idiot!!We then called Walgreens customer service-very nice girl who said the store manager will call us...of course we got no call.The good news is most people do not stay at this location so we'll just give it time and somebody new will be there soon

I'm literally shaking as I'm writing this. I've never left a review for anything but I'm fuming with rage that I needed to let Walgreens pharmacy & everyone know how shitty this experience was. I've had the same prescription refill for the last few years and this is the first time they can't get it right?! I just had a newborn and 2 surgeries so it's extremely hard to get out of the house. I'm not doing well and this was the last thing that needed to go wrong. I waited in that damn line for 30 minutes both times just to hear them say "it doesn't exist" or "oh it's not ready" after I called it in a full day before! I'm pretty sure the most idiotic shit heads work there The lady at the drive through needs to be fired and thrown in jail for being the WORST communicator and most helpless person of all time. Screw that lady. Screw this Walgreens.

If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would. This pharmacy is an absolute joke. Nobody knows what they're doing there. One person tells you your prescription will be ready in ten minutes, then the next person will tell you they are out of stock. I recently had surgery and they had the WHOLE DAY to fill my prescription. I called and they told me it would be ready in 30 minutes. I called them again and a guy gave me a sob story about how they are short staffed and he SHOULD have it ready by 9. He said SHOULD, not WOULD. I told him I am in excruciating pain and he was a complete dick about it saying there's nothing he could do. WHATEVER YOU DO, do not use this pharmacy. They are absolutely horrendous. Lines are always at least an hour long and the staff is completely clueless. I NEVER leave reviews, even when I have bad experiences. So the fact that I am taking the time out to write this one about how incompetent this pharmacy is, really says something. AVOID THIS PHARMACY!!!!!!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PHARMACYOnly go here if it's your last resort. They've denied me multiple times regardless if my doctors send out an order. Not only was I denied several times but these "healthcare workers" ignored me once they didn't want to hear my questions. I have never been treated so horrible. The Asian pharmacist only cares about her paycheck not her patients health. DO NOT COME HERE

I literally pulled up to window. Guy took my name to pick up my prescriptions that were ready. He left window and did not return for over 10 min to tell me they have lost a prescription. I responded well refill it - to which he stated they couldn't bc the pharmacist wasn't around. 17 min later I got my two prescriptions that were previously texted they were ready. Then I check out no apology for the wait, no thank you, nothing. This is the last time. Too many good pharmacies around. Walmart basically same parking lot.

We've had nothing but issues at this pharmacy with prescription refills. I would recommend finding somewhere that more reliable.

So if you want to get your prescriptions filled by a pack of tranquilized sloths then this is your place. I kid you not I pulled into the drive up and waited at the window for 15 mins before anyone said a thing. Yes and there was a line if 8 cars behind me. Don't know about you but if I'm going to literally wait for death I'd rather do it at home. Do yourself a favor and get your scripts filled anywhere but here. H

Don't bother calling their pharmacy. I called 5 times this evening and they would just pick up and hang up on me after holding for 15 mins each time. What a joke.
