Nice and quiet. I stayed here for 10 days for work. My room was nice and clean. The pool was clean with lots of chairs and tables. Front desk people were nice and accommodating. Definitely stay here again.

Visited here for three days. Check in and out was smooth and painless. Rooms felt small and a bit cluttered compared to some other Hotels i have recently stayed in. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Nice pool area with hot tube. A/C worked great...specially for a summer visit where temps average 110 for the duration of our trip.

This place is a dump. How does it have a 4.2 rating? Upon arrival, there was NOBODY at check-in, and I arrived at 8:30pm…. Waiting for 20 minutes, since I wanted to purchase a cold water. Luckily, I already had mobile check in. Since I had no help went to the wrong side of the hotel, which does not connect to the other side. Finally, made it to the right side to find a sub par room with sC barely working. Marriot do better!

The only problems were our internet didn't work and the TV wasn't working either but they had a maintenance man come and fix it and it didn't take him very long. The swimming pool is salt water which really helps for soreness and muscle pain. We had a good time swimming.

A/C was extremely noisy to the point I thought it was broken or malfunctioning. Also the room hovered around 78 which was difficult to sleep in. Bed and room accommodations were ok and on par with other rated hotels.

Check-in staff argued about giving us a second breakfast voucher and then said she talked to manager later and refused daily breakfast voucher, so one out of 3 of us got to have a daily breakfast when staying for a week. We would have settled for 2. Got to room and found poo on underside of toilet seat. Rooms are decent, halls outdated. Elevator seems old. Customer service is king and cleanliness means everything when staying somewhere.

My short stay at the Marriott was nothing short of excellent. Despite checking in in the early AM hours due to flight delays from DC area, the staff (Sam) went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and accommodating experience and with genuine personality. The facility itself was solid with comfortable rooms and amenities that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Phoenix area whether for business or leisure.
