Mostly had what we needed but staff was mostly not friendly nor helpful, and check out really slow for Costco. Was out of many things also.?Too many other stores to choose from. At least fake like you care. If i heard one more " i dunno, they moved it". .... I shop regularly at Costco all over the states. This one was very different. Bad management?

This is my Costco I like to go to the service is nice but some items they barely ever have. I think everything there is pretty expensive. The selection is huge though!

Arrogant young lady at door checking on receipts for purchases accused me of not paying for an item. She was unbelievably rude and created an embarassing scene in front of many customers. After I contacted supervisor and proved I had paid for all items she still refused to apologize. Simply screamed at me to stop holding up the line and move on. This woman whose name is Ana should never be allowed to keep this job. I have never been so humiliated and completely frustrated in my life. I hope Costco management indeed take care of this employee as promised

Costco is great whether you are shopping for bulk size of your favorite items or a quick lunch at an amazing price! This location is always cleaned, stocked, and the service has always been friendly. I do wish they'd bring back the swirl ice cream!

They are always very busy, but the cashiers at the pharmacy are always so nice and usually have a smile and a kind work for everyone. Good prices and great customer service!

This Costco is terrible. I have never had a good experience with the employees here. So much so that I downloaded yelp just to leave this review. They are ALWAYS rude, from trying to get help finding items, checking out and even the food court! Food court was especially bad today as after it took a minute to find a good spot to sit in (obviously not Costco's fault), I went to go check to see if my food was done, in which the food court lady gave such an attitude saying that she already put the food away and muttering words under her breath as this is just so annoying and I have been calling you for 5 mins (which it took that whole time to find the seat and clean it off). No one seems happy to work here and overall this was a terrible experience. Walmart employees seem more enthusiastic. Also I had to come in for my recently disabled father to shop for him a month ago. I cancelled my membership due to past experience being so terrible but his membership was still active. I grabbed three items for him as he waited in the car for convenience. I was upfront with the cashier that I was buying for my father and he just gave me a whole load of complaints about how he should send me out of the store and how he will not help me. Luckily the manager somewhat helped but mostly tried to scold me as if I'm a child and sell me a membership. This Costco needs to learn customer service and overall needs better management to provide an experience that makes customers want to come back. Lastly leaving the store always is a hassle. People in front of me often get to leave the store without getting throughly checked even though they have full cart fulls of items, yet me with the items takes longer than most to just leave. I don't know if it's a racial thing or something else but this overall makes me feel uncomfortable. To make this clear I don't leave yelp reviews nor do I ever do anything like this ever but this was such a terrible experience that I just felt I had to go out of my way.

It's actually a little insane how much my wife has been racially profiled here in the last year. When there are SIX other caucasian people at the self-checkout, no one other than my Latina wife is I.D'ed- That instance was today. About six months ago, when the self checkout's were completely full, my wife was the ONLY one who had an attendant check her out- AT the self checkout. Nowhere else have me and my wife experienced this more. It's blatantly obvious, and my wife has other instances her family has experienced where she or her family has been profiled. We are questioning whether to renew or not. We can't step foot in this store without preemptively feeling like everybody thinks that we are stealing. I've never experienced this feeling at any other grocery store. As a caucasian person observing this as an outsider, it is even becoming obvious to me. Next time we come in, if there is another instance, I will document it here on an update.

First and foremost, costco is costco. However, this location is the craziest and by far the most dangerous I have ever been to. As a pregnant woman, I was constantly stressed with people hitting me with their carts and how sometimes it would take 5 minutes or more waiting for the hordes of people to move. This sounds like a ridiculous think to make a review on. But I even had someone slam the end of their cart into my as I waited to check out. This is not the place to shop if you are handicapped, pregnant or if you have children who you have to bring with you. The other customers are rude and seriously, this is the smallest Costco I have seen in the valley. Save your money and try another location. This Costco is not worth it.

Normally our experience with Costco has always been positive. Unfortunately today that was not the case. As we attempted to use the self-check out lane the register informed us our membership had expired. This is when a Costco employee, Elaine, approached us and insisted we must renew our membership right there at the register or leave the store. When we asked if we could pay for our groceries and then renew at the front desk her answer was a very rude: "No. Are you going to do it now or not?"We had our 6 month old infant with us and a line of people behind us. So we paid for our membership and groceries in order not to cause a scene. We felt Elaine was unkind and incredibly insensitive during this exchange. In our opinion this could have been handled much better on her part.

This review is specific to the Costco Optic Department. I recently started using Costco for all my Optic needs and it was the best choice I've ever made. They have an eye doctor right there so you can complete you exam and be able to order your glasses or contacts with no hassle! I have worked with many of the individuals that work behind the eyeglass desk and each one of them have been amazing! Their customer service is next level! I want to give a big shoutout to Charles, he assisted me during my most recent visit and he was a rockstar! I came unprepared and was going to return once I had all my info. He told me to not leave and provided me with the number for the insurance company. I was able to get everything I needed done within 10 minutes after the phone call! I won't go anywhere else for my contact or glasses need! But be sure to get there early cause there is generally a wait.

I love Costco but I have to give them a low score because of Logan the cashier. He has the personality of a door know and the customer service skills of someone who just does not care. He should only be inside the freezer stocking so he doesn't have to interact with people. I was there February 19 at 5:57 and was struggling using the electric shopping cart. I had questions about how to use my Citi rewards and he acted like it was a bother to answer. Costco you're better than that.

I ordered tires on line at Costco to be delivered to the Mesa Location. Had to make an appointment for install. Arrived at appointment time...to be denied a service due to a "lost" lug nut. Next day I purchased a new lug nut....the next available appointment..........5 days! Unacceptable. Called Queen Creek Location....took me same day. I had to go to Mesa....pick up tires......drive to Queen Creek....arrived at appointment time....only to be delayed because Mesa Location WOULD NOT refund the Service cost of an install they never did! 4 HOURS later I have four new tires that should have cost less than $1,000. Turns out cost me....$1236.00 and over 10 hours of my time. DO NOT USE Costco Tire Shop.
