I'm disappointed to be standing in line behind somebody that needed help setting up a new phone number. When another salesperson came over and Was talking to another employee and then took the person behind me over to a new line.. That person was checked in and out and left and he then called the next group of people over and when I said something he asked if I wanted to come over but apparently he didn't want to serve me because he skipped over me twice, so I left my basket with about $300 Worth of stuff. DecidingI didn't really need it from a company that didn't value my business... So many businesses out there. I've just decided not to do business with Companies that don't seem to care or want your business..

I love to go to this store to buy unique gifts (for friends). There are items for sale reflecting holidays. This store also has fun contests (1-2 times/year) to look for hidden items (for Easter, a golden egg). You can win $20, $50, or $100 store gift certificate. Lots of fun! 2 days ago, I won a $20 gift certificate.

One person to check out....line half way back and manager wouldnt get on to help. I walked. Its my go to, but thats just rude and inconsiderate. 300 bucks plus out the door. Schedual better or jump on a register.Inconsiderate to customers.

I went in there for a specific product that was on their website and couldn't find it so I asked a lady, her name started with an L, (so I don't cause too much ruckus) She seemed completely put off that I asked her anything, she referred me to a completely wrong area the first time. The second time after I pulled it up on my app she just briefly pointed me in the right direction that I told her I had already looked. The third time I just gave her my cart and said I'll go someplace else. How hard would it have been to say a let me look it up real quick or be I'm too busy could another associate help you?Yes we're all in a hurry these days but a couple shots at general courtesy help. I felt like I was in Walmart annoying the shopping associates that were standing in front of the products I'm reaching for.

Usually find good stocking stuff there. Good selection of imported hard to find treats and food and drinks. Priced way to high on everything else.
