First visit was amazing, love the work. However, the second time I came here, my balayage came out horrible. Totally different from the reference pictures I showed, yet was charged the full amount. To this day I’m still struggling to fix it. Came back a third time to give a second chance and because I was told over text I had an appointment. Got out of work and wasted time just to be told I wasn’t booked for a service. I’m greatly disappointed and will not be coming back. Wish I had pictures to show how horrible my hair was left.

I give 10 stars to Ally! She’s been doing my lash extensions (and anything else I need lash/brow/spray tan related) and she is the absolute best. She takes time to explain the process, answer questions and give professional advice. She’s always on time with appointments. She’s also the sweetest girl ever ?
