I’ve been a member of this car wash for about two years now, Went to wash my small truck And was disrespected immediately by not one but two of their employees the first one yelling at me aggressively The second just chiming in with his two cents I instantly realized that this is not a business that I want to be given money to each and every month for years so I canceled my membership. I would highly recommend anybody that gets treated like this by this company or any other one cancel their services immediately , Money is too tight to be giving it to a business that allows their employees to treat their customers like this , all I wanted was an apology and didn’t get one , I said I’m gonna cancel my membership and he said go ahead , lol ! DONE !

Customer service at this location is garbage do yourself a favor save yourself a headache and go to a different location the employees outside that are supposed to be greeting. People are absolutely disrespectful. They're lazy they're disgruntled. They don't want to do their job. They talk down about other employees.

Typically I have a good experience so I’ll keep it at 3 starts. I went today and a kid push a laundry basket across the lot and hit my car. They didn’t tell me, another customer came and found me. No damage was done that I could see right away, but that’s just carelessness. Plus the inside didn’t look like it was even vacuumed. Really bad experience today but like I said, usually it’s fine. If this was my first time there though I’d never be back.

Anthony and his team are awesome! Our jeep broke down in the parking lot because it overheated and they were able to get us back on the road in no time! Anthony and his staff are definite assets to the cobblestone team and I hope they are recognized for their hard work and knowledge. If you're in the area, be sure to stop by!

Just left and as I turn the corner the action figure I had on my dashboard for years broke in two. I flip around to say something and all I got was hey next time tell us to be careful like are you kidding me. Regardless of how significant it is at least tell me hey we broke it by accident, don't let me drive off hope I don't notice and hell couldn't have offer me a free detail carwash instead my bad ill talk to my team knowing you won't. Horrible customer services. (Update) 8/5 since I posted and they responded I email and have yet to hear back from them great customer services....

So very disappointed. Did not do a good job on windshield, very streaky. Water dripping from side windows and back tailgate. Asked them to redo. Water still leaking. Inside dash board dusty not wiped down. I had to redo it later.
You need to pay attention to details. Not to the same standards as other Cobblestones in the Valley.

Not going here, because they list a price for an oil chance and then in the description tells you there are two other charges, but not what those are. Every other place gives you a flat rate. And their price is already higher than most others. Not by much, but when u tack on the extra charges, it is

You guys removed my review very racist Dylan and Charles canceled my membership ripped my sticker out my hand for what I don’t know because you offer a digital pass do not go here they don’t respect or like black people!! Would give zero stars if possible

Came to get car wash before heading to work notified Dylan I just wanted a simple wash using my pass/sticker he then snatched my pass out of my hand ripping it and refused to give it back when I spoke to the acting manager Charles he then gave me back my ripped pass/sticker and did not replace my sticker and also said he was canceling my membership for no reason because you guys offer a digital sticker so what was the problem? I would like someone from corporate to contact me about this issue because I will be making a complaint with the BBB and would like a full refund I will never use cobblestone again unless something is done about this another thing I’d like to add is they did cancel my monthly membership without my permission and I did not get to use my membership for a month that I paid for and I still haven’t heard anything from you guys so I’ll be filing my complaint with the BBB Tonight you guys are racist made no sense for the treatment I got
