Where do I begin? Matt and Nicole have been my angels after my car accident. I was sketched out when my car insurance gave me the estimated cost for the repairs of my car. I didn’t believed them it doesn’t seemed right. So I decided to call Coachworks. My lawyer recommended them. As soon as I talked to Nicole over the phone she made me feel really reassured that I’m on the right path. They didn’t just helped me understand the condition of my car; they went above and beyond. My insurance estimated the cost of the repair way too low. I’m so grateful I went to Coachworks and got it right. They are very detailed and you can tell they are very knowledgeable with dealing with these kinds of problems. They were checking up on me almost everyday, even helped me research for my new potential car. I didn’t have to lift a finger and deal with the mess with my insurance. Matt and Nicole did everything for me. Matt even offered me if I need any help with cars to just contact him and he will evaluate it before I decide to buy it. I hope they also open a mechanic shop in the future so I can get my car maintenance work with them. I trust them very much and I recommend them 100% to anyone. They are very reliable, trustworthy, respectful, honest and will not waste your time. They are good people and good businessmen. Thank you so much Matt and Nicole for helping me. I appreciate you very much.- Teasha

Coach Works is without a doubt the most trustworthy and capable auto repair shop I’ve ever encountered. My family and I only go to them when we have any sort of repair needs, we never even consider any alternatives. Matt and the entire staff are honest, kind, friendly and ethical people and they will fight for you and be an advocate for you from start to finish. I cannot give a strong enough recommendation! They treat you like family and bend over backward to make sure you’re taken care of. It’s a shame I can only give them five stars!

Coach Works has been so helpful in helping me on having my car totalled from a hit and run accident. With no fault of mine, the insurance company has given me a very poor buyout, but Matt explained all my options to recover some of my losses. Most people would just accept an inferior offer such as mine, allowing the insurance company to take advantage of them. Not me, my car was in perfect shape and paid top dollar for it, only to be totalled by insurance company leaving me at a huge loss and no car. Thank you Matt and coach works auto body.

I have been amazed at the incredible service given to me at Coach Works Auto Body! I was actually referred from a different mechanic who was working on our damaged vehicle. My insurance was pushing back on what work needed to be done and the mechanic suggested I work with Coach Works Auto Body as they are more experienced in working with insurance companies. I have been so grateful at the knowledge the staff has at all the ins and outs of insurance. They have walked me through each step of the process with a lot of helpful advice to make sure we get treated fairly.Coach works has been very clear and consistent in their communication. They were extremely thorough in diagnosing my car. An incredible amount of attention was given to making sure I have a car that is safe for my family. Matt has gone above and beyond in helping us with our car. He is so knowledgeable and honest. He really cares about helping us. He has given great advice and even helped us as we look for a replacement car. His help has been way above anything I expected. I don't have a single complaint about Coach Works Auto Body. I highly recommend them!

We had a hit and run accident and getting answers and action from insurance was more than frustrating . From the 1st phone call with Taylor helping out things were put in motion. In a couple of hours my daughter had a loaner car , car was towed in and processed started . Matt was awesome , explained everything , went over the damage in great detail and explained the process a few times to my daughter and I. He stayed on top of the situation with the insurance company when they were dropping the ball . Great service , great company , great people . Refreshing to have great service again .

Brought in our Chevy Silverado for repair on the bedside and the tailgate hoping to have it done in within the couple weeks my husband was out on a business trip. However, it took almost that long before our insurance company decided to even look at it. Matt had provided them with a full and complete estimate the same day it was received and they gave no response to us or the shop until a week later.Coach Works is not a partner shop with any insurance companies, meaning they are truly working for you, the customer. They are not the cheapest in town because they repair according to the manufacturer procedures and dont give in to any shortcuts that most insurance companies try to dictate. They properly document what needs to be done and why, and will make sure you are kept informed as the repair progresses.Matt continued to work patiently with our insurance company to make sure everything was done right and that they paid for it despite our insurance company threatening to make us pay out of pocket for things other shops don't normally charge for, (because they can't under partnership contracts)It does take a little more time and patience to choose a shop outside of your insurance company's network, but we are very happy with the finished product. Our truck looks great and it was done right the first time! Nothing to bring it back to the shop for. And we know it's safe to drive because the shop followed all the GM procedures for the repair and the recommended safety scans. I am confident that they took just as much care with the structure underneath as they did with the pretty exterior paint finish. (Yes, I used to work in the collision industry so I am a bit biased toward independent shops who do it right). I highly recommend Matt and his crew at Coach Works.

My Experience with Coach Auto Body Works - A Shout Out to the Heroes of Car Repairs!I've got to share my recent experience with Coach Auto Body Works, and trust me, it's a story worth telling! So, my car needed some serious TLC after a little accident, and my mom suggested Coach Auto Body Works. Big shoutout to them because this place turned out to be an absolute gem! ? What's super cool about Coach is their dedication to making sure your ride gets back to its shiny, happy self. No shortcuts here – they're all about top-notch quality.Where the plot thickens – my car was supposed to be in and out in 3–4 weeks. Thanks to MY OWN insurance company playing hard ball, it turned into a 60-day saga! Coach Auto Body Works had my back through this rollercoaster ride. They provided me with all the documentation: estimates, supplements, and photos, so I could stand my ground with the insurance adjuster. It might have taken some time. My car is back and looking brand new! No shortcuts or quick fixes, and original parts straight from the manufacturer. Go Coach for standing strong! ??I seriously can't recommend Coach Auto Body Works enough. I recently had the experience of entrusting my vehicle to Coach Auto Body Works for repairs, a decision influenced by a family member's recommendation. I am immensely grateful for that recommendation.Throughout this journey, what truly stood out about Coach was their unwavering commitment to restoring my vehicle to its pre-incident condition. They refused to take any shortcuts that some so-called "in-network" repair shops might have chosen in favor of the insurance company. Instead, Coach Auto Body Works stood firmly by my side during the challenging process of convincing MY own insurance company to fulfill their obligations. Coach diligently provided me with every repair estimate, every supplement, supporting communication documentation, and detailed photos. Armed with this invaluable information, I was able to effectively advocate for my rights to have my car repaired to pre-collision status, with original manufacturer parts, and by the shop I trusted. When I use the word "journey," it is not an exaggeration. What I initially expected to be a 3–4-week repair turned into a 60-day ordeal, largely due to the stance taken by my own insurance company. At times, it felt as though my insurance company treated me more as an adversary than a valued client, causing me a significant amount of stress and frustration. They even attempted to convince me to switch repair shops, clearly bothered by Coach's steadfast commitment to upholding the highest standards of repair, including the use of genuine manufacturer parts.Coach's refusal to compromise on quality and their dedication to my satisfaction was truly commendable. I wholeheartedly recommend this repair shop. Their dedication to delivering top-notch repair work and their resolute refusal to bow to the insurance company's demands were genuinely impressive. I am deeply grateful to Coach for their unwavering support and their determination to ensure that my car was repaired correctly and with the utmost care.In the end, their professionalism and unwavering commitment prevailed, making the extended repair process well worth it. I trusted the process, and you should too. Coach Auto Body Works has not only earned my trust but also my heartfelt gratitude for their exceptional service.

I was driving home from work and got t-boned. The accident wasn’t my fault and insurance was dragging their feet. While my insurance was not a fun process, I can honestly say everything happens for a reason. Prior to the accident I had no idea Coach Works even existed. My friend from the gym recommended them to me. They treated me like family throughout the whole process. My car was declared total but Matt took care of me from start to finish. He thoroughly scrutinized the entire car and put together a detail report where I feel other car collision repair companies may have taken short cuts. He put me in a loaner vehicle during the whole ordeal and set me up for success. After getting money and buying a new vehicle he looked over the new vehicle to make sure it was a good buy since I bought used. I would recommend this shop to anyone. 10/10 recommend to friends, family, and everyone in between. Truly professional and honest people!

Matt is the most trustworthy mechanic I have met. He has helped me and my family with the car’s I’ve owned for years. When I got in an accident, Matt was very knowledgeable about insurance companies and made me feel calmer about the situation. He is extremely knowledgeable about cars and helped me find my next car. I will continue to go to Coach Works as my main mechanic, Matt takes his time to tell you what are your options and has your best interest in mind.

I was involved in an accident that a guy blew the red light and smashed into my 1 ton ram truck causing him to spin and hit me again on the driver side back door. The tow truck driver gave us the name of this body shop so we went and spoke with Matthew. He is a very through and honest man who truly has the customer's best interest at all times. Our truck was ultimately damaged bunches and was totalled by insurance. Thank you to Matthew and his staff for not taking advantage of a female with no knowledge of cars. If you need anything, this is the place to go. They are sure to answer all your questions and fight for you, the customer. We will send anyone who needs auto service to this business!

My wife was involved in a low speed (30 mph) collision with a deer resulting in damage to the front end of my 2018 GMC Sierra Denali. We live in the Prescott area and there were no repair facilities able to work on my vehicle due to an increase in population and the supply chain delaying repairs.I started looking in the Phoenix area when my son reminded me of Coach Works Body Shop in Mesa. It’s owned and operated as a family business with some of the nicest people you could ever meet. Mr. Matt Radman owns the shop with his family and they strive to ensure every customer has their vehicle repaired to all original specifications. When I contacted Mr. Radman, his shop was full but he was able to fit my truck in so it could be repaired as quickly as possible. My insurance company is USAA and they had asked the tow company to pick up the vehicle as soon as possible. I was unaware that they were going to come on a Saturday. I reached out to Mr. Radman and he went to his shop on his own time to ensure my truck was secured in his lot. When I met with him in person, Mr. Radman took two hours to meticulously explain to me what he had found in his assessment and evaluation of the damage. He knew that USAA had underestimated the cost to repair the damage and worked with them, submitting multiple manufacturer bulletins, so the truck could be successfully repaired. As the repairs were completed, the shop found more damage. In all, the final cost to repair the truck was in excess of $30,000. Mr. Radman worked with USAA and coordinated all of the repairs successfully and according to GM requirements. When I found a couple of minor issues in the outside of the truck, Mr. Radman and his staff took care of them quickly and efficiently. I am very meticulous about my vehicles and he exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this shop to anyone who wants their vehicle repaired properly and efficiently. Thank you Coach Works Auto Body for allowing me to feel safe as I drive this truck.Pictures after the collision and after the repair.

Absolutely great experience with Matt and the Coach Works team. They treat each vehicle repair as if it’s their own vehicle and have made us feel secure in our family car after a recent accident. There’s no substitute for great communication throughout, taking the time to walk us through the needed inspections and repairs and providing a top notch end result - our family car coming back to us as good as new. I’d recommend them to anyone who wants assurance the job is done right.
