I had been going to Hot Rock Nails for a little over 2 years off and on. The first several times I went I had different Nail Techs. I wasn't really happy with any of them.
I finally got Sarah and she was amazing! She took her time and did a great job! She always was able to take my crazy ideas and make my nails look amazing.
I'm so sad she is no longer at Hot Rock Nails. If anyone happens to know if she's at a new salon somewhere, please let me know!

I booked an appointment for a gel manicure online with Jazmine. I'd been to several other nail salons in this area, but no one has been particularly good with me m my manicures lately. I searched for reviews on FB and Nextdoor, and found that Jazmine at Hot Rocks had so many great reviews, that I decided to find her a try. I am a perfectionist and my nails look wonderful after my appointment today!
I'm very pleased and will return!

This was my first time at Hotrock nail and spa. The atmosphere was amazing and friendly and the price is the best around town. I would highly recommend this place to get your nails and pedicure done.

Kid manicure and full set with simple design 150, wow! Not as listed! Refused to polish paint on mine but allowed others to walk in and do polish without grief. Pretty work and design done.
Update. Day 5 and set of nails is popping off. Only home computer work completed. No reason to be falling off already. Gems fell of day 3 of the gel set of my other girls. So much money spent and such short lived enjoyment.

Very professional, clean and relaxing salon. Sarah does an excellent pedicure. I highly recommend this salon and spa.

Not very welcoming. Sign says walk ins welcome then I was told ummmm ya we can try to squeeze u in. Guy who works there has zero customer service lady who took care of me was great. However I'll find another place that makes me feel welcome especially spending my hard earned money at anyone's salon! Treat possible new customers as well as you treat your returning clientele!

Best nail salon in AZ!! In the 10 years I have been going to Hot Rock Nails I have never been disappointed. They show such kindness to every customer. Awesome is the best one word to describe their service!!!

Came in at 4:45pm to get a pedicure on Saturday when they close at 6pm. They refused me service saying they were all booked but had open chairs. Guess I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Went in Thursday did a set of dip nails and it was a complete waste of $55 within three days the dip is completely chipped off and broke and busted everywhere. The gel polish started peeking after the first day..
