Well, Circle K did not improve the car wash. The price has gone up and you no longer get a free wash with a purchase. We have been coming here for years and always purchased the most expensive wash. I won't be doing that any longer. The quality of the wash was poor. I spent more time after the wash cleaning the car because it didn't get clean.
But hey, I still got free dash wipes!

the only way to make it worse - Circle K owns the wash now . The vacuums are weak , the car wash is constantly malfunctioning- ran my truck thru twice and still had to hand wash the upper portions of truck , as well as the windshield and tailgate due to malfunctioning upper roller brush. Not sure how they can charge full price for a wash when only half of the equipment works. And now for the second weekend in a row its closed . I am soooo glad to have a membership !!! THAT I CANT USE BECAUSE THIS PLACE SUCKS BALLS !!!!

I'm a regular customer of clean freak, but today that all stopped. The car wash pulled my driver side mirror forward and then scratched my drivers side window. I'm extremely particular about my my vehicle and know for a fact that this damage was caused by the spinning sponges. The reason I'm leaving this review was the pitiful customer service I received. Instead of listening to his customer, he decided to say that his machine didn't cause the damage and asked that I walk over and read the sign of things they won't do. Really! Unexpected things happen and it's how a company reacts to these occurrences is what gives the company good service reviews. I was able to rub out the scratches and repair the damage. However, I will never return to Clean Freak.

Horrible place. Don't go. Terrible car wash, equipment broken most of the time and last time the wash machine malfunctioned, I couldn't choose a wash and then got a surprise $18 charge for a basic wash. I'll never return.

Without question the worst car wash ever! 3 times through and frint and rear were filthy!!! Attendant do not prespray anything and certainly dont lift a finger! I would never sign up here there are much better choices around town!

The car wash must be broken, didn't even clean the rear of my vehicle or dry my car. I wanted to go back for a refund but nobody would answer the phone. Pictured is the back of my car after the car wash.

They continue to charge my card, after multiple notifications to cancel my membership. Already spoke to my credit card company, now going to get Mesa police involved - this is theft.

This car wash is whack. Don’t waste your time. paid a little extra for the $14 car wash to not even get my rear windshield and all rear backside of my car cleaned. On top of that half of the vacuum don’t even work. Don’t waste your time and just go to quick, quack car wash.
Update. The owner did reply, and my review still sends because they decided to reply a whole 24 hours later, so I’m not even able to redeem the same day satisfaction guarantee wash. Thanks for nothing.

Got my truck wash there today. It was the worst car wash I've had. The Oscillating hard spray didn't move back and forth. Half my truck still had soap on it. Then the blowers blew it dry. Had to take a wet towel and wipe down my whole truck when I got home. Never going back.
