lady with purple hair is transphobic and was trying to get a rise out of me by calling me a man and sir even commenting on the pitch of my voice. and got me trespassed by the police. btw I was very cool calm and collected and just watched her call the police with a big smirk on her face. I've been going there since I was 10 years old. the police even took my side but said they have the right to refuse service especially because they painted a false image me saying I was causing a scene throwing thing around when literally nothing like that ever happened. I'm a case managerfor special needs children in behavioral health. I can handle being misgendered when it an honest mistake but she really thought she was funny or something. sad honestly because I used to have a good relationship with all of them before. I was really expecting the ukrain girl to stick up for me too. cried myself to sleep

I'd like to make a complaint about an older, heftier, lady working here (Specifically on Friday, February 16th at 7:45am) that was absolutely rude to me this morning because I didn't notice any signs she said she had up during their construction when I was only trying to buy gum. She screamed at me across the room as I was approaching the checkout line and used extreme vulgur language and told me to leave my gum and to leave. I go to this gas station every single day for coffee and gum and been going to this same location for YEARS and honestly I saw ZERO signs near the gum section that it was ever closed off. I will be going to corporate as people like her should not be working with customers.

Bad bad bad. The gas pump keeps wanting me to enter my phone number or my loyalty card. I press cancel, it goes right back to the same thing. I spent 5 minutes just trying to get past that bullshit at the pump, finally I just started hitting the grade button instead of cancel and it finally worked. The place is in disrepair. Very poor management. Half the screens on the gas pumps have big blotches of black spots in the LCD and they aren't being fixed. Every time I go there, either the windshield washer thingies are completely tore up and ragged, or there's no towels to wipe the windshield. Yesterday I looked in four dispensers, no paper towels in any of them. ONE person overworked inside, when I went in and stood there for 5 minutes to complain about no towels, instead of going somewhere and grabbing me some, he said he'd do it when he has time. That's it. ONE person. At 4 pm in the afternoon at a busy intersection and packed with people. Management needs to get their shit together. It took them literally 4 or 5 months to fix the gas price sign by the road.

Phenomenal atmosphere and welcoming employees. Cody, Julian and the store manager Tiffany are always so positive and make my morning stop painless and enjoyable.

Cody that’s he’s name C O D Y….. how he said, very rude and unprofessional Poor customer service, when I was paying for my gas and my coffee I asked him if my discount card had been accepted and he wanted to take it out of my hand to slide it because he ignored me when I asked him if my card I was accepted from the beginning, than because I didn't let him touch my card, his attitude changed completely and he started to treat me badly,I told him that he should pay more attention to the customers and the very rude man continued with more attitude and turned around and turned his back on me at the moment. I was making my payment, actually he was trying to act like he don’t understand what I said , racist and unprofessional people like these should not be working in customer service, no one disrespected this person and I don't need anyone to treat me the way this person did so early in the morning . He’s manager was present and she did nothing, she just turned around and ignored the situation, very unprofessional. That's why many people get aggressive with employees and then want to blame the customers.

One of the local Circle K team members identifying as a manager turned away three Shiftsmart employees without being willing to make payment right. Because staff is rotational, I will not be working at stores on Val Vista to avoid the last team working together failing to honor their employees and our contract.

Came at 708pm on a Saturday and there was a sign that said “be back at 710” hung around till 720 and no one came so I went to another circle k. Drove past on my way back at 735 and there were people looking inside and the sign was still up.
