I’m going to have to give this place a one star. We stopped by the place stunk, The floors were really dirty with liquids and trash all over. We just walked out and went elsewhere. The place needs a good deep clean.

The lady that worked here this evening with the long blonde/white hair is the most condescending lady I have ever met. I understand her job is dull and the encounter with her was a small and unimportant part of my life but I hope I never have to be rung up by her ever again. If I could give zero stars I would, avoid this location if you can.

Haven't found a circle k or QuikTrip that doesn't charge a $1.18 for a soda refill regardless of size within reason. Most of both stores are clean and amenable. This store on the other hand has different prices for each size container refill. Around the sodas area the floor was extremely sticky and unkempt. For the most part the exterior appears clean but upon closer inspection you can see why homeless have a tendency to gather there. As there is a real circle k just south on McKellips I will take my business there.

Why is it that circle k's don't have anything on the roller grill. They're supposed to have specials on the weekends and they don't even put anything out. I don't understand it. Not one circle k. Have any of the $5 pizzas ready and you can't get any of the $10 burger specials anywhere either? Just end the promotion. Obviously your stores are not participating.

The manager Mary Ann My wife and I went to the store on a Thursday afternoon about 11:30 AM and we bought two packs of cigarettes. They gave us two packs that we didn't ask for but because they look so similar in color we were not aware that they were not the right ones so we went back to try to replace them and she said cigarettes are final I said I don't want my money back I want to replace them. This is not what I asked for and yet you gave me the wrong pack. Also didn't give me the $5 off when I tried at. She said nope sorry nothing you can do in a snotty voice just totally ignore us and blew us off and went right back to shampooing or whatever she was doing to the floor, her customer service is the worst customer service ever. I go to the Circle K all the time my wife and I always spend gas cigarettes, food everything at the Circle K from this moment forward as well as I'm telling all of our friends we will not be going to the Circle K at all. It was that bad of customer service and that rude of how she treated us. She shouldn't even be a manager there, so what I did is went to another store to let them know I ordered these they were the wrong pack and guess what they did. They traded out for the right pack that's customer service. Marianne should not work there as a manager her customer service is crap. She is not kind at all. She has no bedside manners And I am very upset with this store and you guys are gonna be losing a lot of business. I will not no matter how desperate I am step foot in that store as well as anyone I know, I will be passing the word on Marianne is going to ruin your store. If I could give zero stars I would but I have to give at least a one which sucks because really it's a -10 she should deserve.

At 3:30 this afternoon I walked into this store to be assaulted with loud rap music with explicit language. While standing in line I observed Zack, one of the 2 employees behind the counter struggling to check his customers out. The other young man behind the counter was doing absolutely nothing but enjoying his music. After a few minutes in line 2 customers came up behind me, the young man enjoying music invited these 2 people to bypass me and he would check them out. When I expressed my displeasure of this business conduct I was met with hostility and threatened with violence. This went as far as me being confronted and threatened in the parking lot.. Nice job Circle K. After 30 years as a loyal costumer I feel disrespected and betrayed, will be buying my gas, cigarettes and Redbull any place but a Circle K

Absolutely horrible, walked in today to be assaulted with rap music playing very loud with explicit lyrics. 2 young men at the counter, one trying to figure out why the customers card wouldn't work, the other guy just enjoying his music. I had been in line for just about 5 minutes when 2 customers came up behind me. The guy enjoying his music must have known these 2 and invited them to move in front of me and he would ring them up. I expressed my disapproval of this and was met with hostility and threatened with violence. This went as far as me be chased out of the store and confronted when I tried to drive off. Oh my, Circle K as not only become an INCONVENIENCE STORE, it now comes with a hostile environment. Great Job!

Came in around 9pm to get some rolling papers also to get some gas. The lady clerk named Carrie asked for my ID which I gave it to her no questions. Looked at my ID for a few minutes and then immediately questioned if I was this person. Because my hair is short now and my photo ID has long hair. (My ID is in good condition with no damages) I told her yes that is me in the photo. I gave her my gas money and asked if I can have my paper so I can pay but she replied with attitude \\\" can't sell this because you look nothing like your photo\\\" I immediately got offended and told her that's discrimination. She said it was at \\\"cashiers discretion\\\" to who she sells to. I then called back to the store to hopefully talk to the manager when Carrie answered the phone. I asked for the manager and again she replied with attitude saying \\\"the manager isn't in, they will be in later. Goodbye\\\" didn't even let me get a word in after. Worst Circle K and customer service. I'm not the only person this has happened to.
