After a very fun time at the celebrate mesa event. My family decides to stop at this circle k for a drink. As my siblings and I walk into the door giggling and laughing walking to the back to get some drinks. The male employee walks to us quoting "you guys can't shop here, you're not allowed here". I asked him why not and he repeats himself continuing to add that they have on camera my younger brother stealing from this circle k. I asked him if he was sure (as this specific circle k is far away from my home and would take hours for us to walk to this specific circle k). And he said I quote, "I'm pretty sure its him". I told him he needs to be positive if he's going to accuse someone of stealing, and my brother added on to say he has never been to this specific circle k location before. The employee apologized, but we had already decided not to give money to a location that does not verify who steals from them and who gives them more business. My brother is a child a ways away from being an adult and the fact that he is exposed to such scenarios before he has defined where he fits-in in life is disheartening. Being falsely accused of something can change someone's life. Please be sure who you point fingers at before you make a life-altering statement.

I moved to this area a few weeks ago and EVERY time I try to stop in to get a fountain drink their system is down! How long does it take to fix one of these?? I end up buying the large bottles which are SUPPOSED to be 2/$4 (with membership which I have). The first time I buy these I realize when I get home that I have been overcharged. When I go back another time I get overcharged again so this time I say something. LONG story short they are claiming it is a system glitch causing the overpayment and tell me I have to pay the extra!!!! On top of that I am told "what's the big deal, it's only a dollar"!!!! How many "extra dollars" am I going to be ripped off???? I'll be driving farther to another store instead

Stopped for gas, wouldn’t take credit card, went inside paid 20.00 dollars cash and afterwards I see that I was charged the credit price. lol (got me Circle K) “Oh, and the fountain drinks were down)

I went to this circlek during my Uber delivery route. I needed to use the restroom, fill up, and I pay for the $10 monthly drink plan so get a drink of course. There is no customer restroom here. So strike 1. Then there are no lids for the large cups. Strike 2. I ended up going to the QT and filled up, got snacks, and a drink there because they had a restroom and was back on the road again. Very sad that people cannot use the restroom at this gas station. They lost my business today.

This is a Circle K now. Don't use your card at the pump!!!! It holds funds!! I hate Circle k's for that reason. One time got $150 hold while I was traveling and in the middle of nowhere. Now I bring cash! It's a farce to hold more than you buy when today's technology does not necessitate that.

WORST STAFF EVER. The chick w brown hair and tats is the WORST! Always rude and doesn't listen to what you ask for. Then they don't help correct the problem at all. Have went here for years but now drive to a location farther away to get better service! I get it's a gas station but if you decide to work there, you should have better customer service than she does!! Sad because I use to get along great with everyone who worked there before her!
