The lady at the counter serving gas at the circle k has got the worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire life. I wouldn't come back here if my life depended on it.

When I arrived in the middle of the day at 3:30 PM store was locked and a sign stating they would be back at 4:30 PM. This is highly unprofessional and I won’t be back.

They don't accept cash??!!!I was just denied service because the cashier doesn't take cash!Is this a new corporate policy?Your cashier was unwilling to accept exact change because he can't take cash. I will not return until your store until you are willing to exchange your products for legal tender.

The store is ALWAYS filthy, stinks like animals, they do not take sanitation seriously at all. The drinks are either out of service or nasty. I'd be scared to get my dog a drink from this establishment let alone humans. They only have one person actively working through the busiest hours of the day while one stands around "looking busy" management is extremely rude. Quit waiting everyone's time, money and health and replace it with a Quiktrip!!!

Normally a pretty decent place. Chill owner, chill employees (mostly). The owner is sinking a lot of money into renovations and it's coming along nicely. However, I've lost count of how many times I've come here and the doors are locked with no signage and nobody in sight..... its 415am on a Monday and the doors are locked. This happens at least 1x a week, EVERY week with this particular location.

I was trying to buy a can of dip and some lotto. Cashier was able to unlock the dip container but, couldn't figure out the lottery machine so I stepped one foot over the counter to help and maybe one testicle reached over too. LORD HAVE MERCY, the employee said 'get back before I chop off both your balls with a machete!' I was like Holy s**** I'm getting the hell out of here... I don't think this was justified maybe one ball but not both!

Thanks Amber! She’s always willing to help and she works hard. I appreciate that she has a sense of humor and shows that with her customers. My go to convenience store. Friendly employees. We just need an updated store. This one is old and needs a facelift!

The fountain drinks machines are always down or they are out of flavors. Ice rarely works. Only at circle k do I see them have a bunch of out of order signs pre-posted to the machines because they go down so often. Every time you talk to the workers, they just say "circle k is really cheap about repairing the machines, they use the oldest and cheapest parts and machines". I recently contacted their corporate office about this issue and they told me to pound sand.

While I was excited to see they sold sweedish snus (General) I was quickly dissapointed to see that the two cans I purchased had expired 6 months prior. On top of that they dont store them behind the register like all the other products. Instead they store them on the window frame, where the hot sun beats down on them for months on end. Yuck!

Clerk says they don't have any propane, yet the propane cage is full of bottles.
