I stopped in yesterday to get a beer, the very young and rude girl working at approximately 5:30 p.m. told me to leave my bag by the door I understand why they would have a policy like that but I am not going to leave a backpack that had not only my wallet, my phone and several hundred dollars worth of other things sitting by a door where anyone could walk by, pick it up and leave. That is absolutely stupid. I put the bag on the front counter and grabbed a beer and paid for it and went outside. I was waiting for an Uber and I looked inside and the rude little girl was waving at me. I guess she assumed I was homeless but I just came from the bank. I had to sold a home for about a half a million dollars. I poked my head in the door and told her that and that I should buy that circle. K and fire her. She then came outside. Told me I had to leave the property or she was going to call the police. I am going to take some time and send a letter to circle k corporate about this incident and tell them they need to change their policy. What kind of idiot would leave a backpack or anything by a door where anyone could grab it?

I wouldn't even give them 1⭐️ The employees are rude when it comes to customer service, could care less.. They have made me wait for them to finish there smoke breaks before, many times, before they would let me in... There always out of product.. Don't go there for coffee in the morning, no creamer, coffee isn't ready to go.. Homeless are always hanging out.. Just a bad location...

Seriously I am losing complete interest in circl k. First they stopped carrying my cigarettes. Now at 114 degrees they are now charging for cups of ice. In the past I have came and gotten a Gatorade and large cup of ice and never got charged for it. I asked the guy don’t I at least get a discount since I did not get soda and he straight up said no to me. I guess it is time to focus all my business at QT. At least I know for sure they won’t charge me for a simple cup of ice especially in the hot summer. Anyway enough rambling I have to work with my five dollar cup of ice and Gatorade ~rolls eyes~ 3:35 pm 8/27/2023

BOB was the employee working this evening at 8pm who did not assist me. No greeting. Grabbed 2 bags of candy to get cash back on 2 different cards to pay my M power electric and have electricity!!! Walked up to the counter, Bob walked away, nothing said, came back. Asked him politely if I could do what I was looking to do. Bob was nothing but rude, loud sighing, eye rolling, rude tone in his voice. I didn't take into account the $1 fee for cash out, so my transaction declined. Bob was not happy about this. There now was ppl behind me so I said I don't want to hold you up, you can help these ppl so I can figure out exactly how much I can take out. Bob responded with a loud exaggerated sigh and said "it's not that easy". He was so mean! I was nothing but nice, please and thank you with everything that I had said, despite the poor treatment. Don't have ppl working who aren't going to be treating customers with respect. I would gladly take on that shift and get paid to pay my bills and be ultra happy about it, this is not it.

one of the male employes went and unlocked the bathroom knowing me and my girlfriend where in there. i let him know we where in there and he still went in... the women's bathroom has been out of service for a long time and we didn't know it was up and running. that's perverted as ####.

The bathrooms are out of order constantly, the coffee machines and the froster machines do not work most of the time, and they charge you for just getting ice. The only reason i left a two star instead of one is because the workers are nice at least.

Worst experience ever. They made the men's bathroom into a stall for all genders. I think it's fine. The only issue is that the men's urinal is exposed. Itdosent have anything covering the person using it. This means if you finish using the bathroom in the corner you can't get out of the stall without having to wait for the person on the urinal to finish. Which is very uncomfortable when you're a female who is not interested in seeing a d*ck. They need to fix this. Just because we want gender conformity dosent mean we wanna see other people's genitalia.
