Don't go there if you need a liquor or beer. They close early, even though they're open 24hrs. Went there before 2am and the doors were locked. As he is sitting in a golf cart smoking a cigarette. Would give NO STARS of possible. Definitely goi g to a different store that is open at that time like normal.

I've been coming to this location for 4 years now especially in the early mornings around 4am. The 3rd shift guy (Chris I think is his name) always seems happy to see me and other regular customers. The store always looks and smells clean which is more than I can say for other stores I visit. Whoever hired this guy should promote him or at least have him train employees! Seriously don't want to lose an employee like that as they are hard to come by now days. Trust me!

Hasn’t had ice for the fountain drinks for at least 3 weeks now. If you go there after 8pm there is a high possibility there will be a “back in 15min” sign and they are never actually back in 15min. Wish this was a QT instead

Yesterday Night I had the worst customer service experience ever at Circle K, this one by McKelips and Power to be specific. I met a stranger at the light waiting to cross the road, we started talking together and having small talk. We both walked towards the store. The associate who was working was Michelle, she was sitting outside smoking. She told us she was on a 10-minute break which felt longer than that. So we waited for her to finish smoking so we can go inside. When she went in, the guy walked in and I was left outside answering a call. I walked in, and the cashier, Michelle immediately asked to see my ID, I was so confused, I asked her why she needed my ID. She said that she saw us together, so what if we were together? I didn't know that guy. We were totally two strangers, he was a middle-aged Caucasian guy and I'm a middle-aged black woman, the guy was friendly and I decided to talk to him, I felt discriminated against and harassed because I had said to the cashier I didn't know him. She felt the need to deny the guy service because we were walking and talking I don't see why she demanded to see my ID when I was not buying alcohol or cigarettes but somehow got denied service because I chose to talk to a stranger. I think the guy was getting cigarettes or something like that. I even told her I'll leave and go outside so she can sell to him (I was confused at that time by all the chaos), but she still refused him service. The guy left angrily. He told me this cashier is always inappropriate and rude, so this made sense that she picks on people for whatever reason. So I left and came back to get gas and soda which I had forgotten to grab due to all this confusion, the woman sees me and immediately started yelling at me demanding my ID again because I was with that guy. I told her I didn't know that guy but she refused to serve me, and again I felt harassed. I was shocked by how rude this cashier was, Circle K, this cashier was out of line to treat your customer like this. I felt punished for talking to a stranger and walking to the store with him. The worst part is, I'm not even an alcoholic or smoke, so I don't bring my ID. I told Michelle I'll report this to her manager, and she laughed and rudely responded "Go ahead and report it, I'll get a raise" sounds like she's done this before and she knows she'll get away with it. I felt discriminated against, I walked in for a soda and was treated like this. Stay away from this store (Circle K-Mckelips and Power) if you don't want to be discriminated against and treated rudely. Michelle boasts about how she will get a raise for being rude and discriminating against people. Save yourself this nonsense and take your money elsewhere where you'll get good customer service. I've called and told the manager (Destiny about this) and hope further action will be taken against this rude cashier. Also, read other reviews, seems like they hire rude insensitive inappropriate cashiers. RUN! go somewhere else.

Doors are always shut it seems. Whoever is scheduling shifts needs to get with it. One night I went there around 6, sign on the door said be back at 6:15. Later I went back and it was closed again (be back in x minutes). I understand temporary staff shortages and breaks, but multiple times in a short period? That means somebody is doing a terrible job (probably not the store employees themselves). Although I have to say, when the employee(s) there don’t respond to my “thank you’s” and “have a good one’s”, I wonder why I ever wait for them to open back up in the first place. There are better places to go.

The greasy basement dwelling worker who worked tonight gave the worst customer service just because I grabbed the wrong cup, he speaks very condescendingly, he was also out of lids so I asked him for one and he brought me a stack of them... for one drink. I have had both good and bad experiences at circle KS. This one mostly good experiences. I like that there hasn't been a lot of change over with employees. But I wish they would have a lot more products. Other circle ks seem to have more deals going on.

Rudest worker of a circle K I have ever seen! Aggressive, insensitive, no regard for customer service. I didn't get his name but it's a heavy set guy with a beard and a pony tail. Singled us out before we even got in the door!

They have plenty of stalls here at this location, each with 2 pumps on each side. All the pumps seemed to be working well. The exterior area was clean, and there is plenty of room, so it's easy to move in and out. The store for this Circle K is medium sized, however the snack selection does not disappoint. I was able to find all my favorite flavors of chips and candies here. There's also the usual selection of cold refreshments.Checkout was quick and easy.

Came to the location on Power and Mckellips at 8:45pm. Was surprised to discover IT WAS CLOSED with a sign that said "back at 9pm". So at 9:15 when I tried the door and still locked I waited. 2 minutes later this young lady proceeds to scold me for touching the door. After a brief argument over why she should do her job, she went behind the counter where she spewed more attitude! Unbelievable the self entitlement of some! I can understand needing to close the store when it's graveyard and shortstaffed but at 845pm?! Ridiculous! Learn to balance taking a break when it's not busy! Self entitlement is a plague!

Might I suggest NOT making your customers feel like they're scum?I walk in to and the female clerk goes "uh ma'am we're closing the store now" and she shooed me away like I was a feral cat. It was in the MIDDLE OF THE DAY on a Thursday.This isn't the first time they are "closed" during regular hours. Not cool....
