Why have a propane fill service if nobody can ever use it? Only once have they been able to fill my tanks. This is the third or fourth time I've not been able to get my tanks filled.
Thanks for the response Circle K, but me calling your customer support will not get your employees trained to fill propane. I don't need any support, I need propane haha. All your employees at that store should be trained in using the propane equipment, you are loosing money as a company by not providing that service when it's available.

I wouldn’t use this Circle K anymore. The lady who works the night shift, sorry I tried getting her name but she refused, is extremely rude. I was in the store looking for something to buy and I had my phone out looking at the deals Circle K had. I finally picked something out and went to check out and the lady working began to harass me because I was taking her away from doing her job because she felt the need to watch me at the self check out. Having customer service isn’t part of her job I guess because I apparently pulled her away from her only job. She was extremely rude for absolutely no reason. At first I thought she was kinda joking but soon realized she wasn’t as she told me that I pulled her away from her job to watch me check out and then said “You know what I’m talking about??” I had no idea but soon figured out that she was accusing me of stealing. I told her to go back and watch the cameras and she wouldn’t see any wrong doing. Again I asked for her name multiple times and she refused each time and then threatened to call the police. How insane is that? I spend my money in that store and receive terrible service, am accused of stealing and then threatened that the cops will be called. Get another employee in there with her. She can’t handle it alone and needs someone to hold her accountable for her bad customer service. What a joke.

Outstanding friendly service from Kyle!
He's an amazing employee for circle k.
He went way over and beyond my expectations when helping me out.
Kyle made sure I got the item I stopped in to get .
Circle K stores need more people(employees) like Kyle working at Circle K Stores.
I am no way at all exaggerating one bit!
Thank you Kyle making a dim day much brighter for me.
Act of kindness and care is what everyone should be doing for each other.
Does it take much for anyone to do with Kyle just did.
I would have to say this is one of the best circle k employee's I've ever encountered in many states.

Unlike that clown show QT down the street, the fountain drink machine actually works! Friendly staff and snacks are fully stocked. Would give five stars but with the price of gas, I just can't. I haven't been to Circle K in decades. Glad I decided to give it another try.

The cashier young lady need to be investigated shi was vaping inside the store that is unacceptable, manager please pay attention to this comment. If shi want smoke or whatever them go out the store

This franchise is always closed from one excuse to the other. I hope the franchisee takes to inconsideration of the incompetence of management and the countless excuses of why this location is closed. Per the franchise agreement, you are required to stay open for the hours agreed upon.How can a location, open 24 hours be closed due to an alarm issue? Granted a silent alarm for emergencies, but if you never set the alarm, how can you be closed?! I hope the owners take into consideration on whom they trusted with their store. Management needs to be replaced immediately.

This gas station is super busy even on a weekday off-hours time. There's a lot of stalls, but pretty much all of them were full. I did like the store and how it was neat and clean- no sticky floors. Everything was easy to find, and the store cashier was helpful and friendly. Checkout was quick and easy.The snacks were also well-stocked, and I even saw some donut flavors that I haven't seen elsewhere. Yum!

06/19/23so I just recently moved to the area and i stopped by this circle k around 10:00-10:30 pm to get some snacks during my visit I found some (hemp free,tabaco free) rolling wraps that were out on display for anyone to grab (not behind the counter where the 21 and over stuff is)when I went to pay at self checkout I scan the wraps and the cashier snatches the wraps from my hand and yells "NOT IN HERE YOU'RE NOT EVEN 21 WHERE DID YOU GET THESE" before she even id's me assuming I went behind the counter and Underage. She then continued to argue when I showed her the box that holds the wraps, clearly out for anyone to grabI have to say this has been the worst experience in the time I've been her and Ive only been here 12hrs I must say Ive never felt more disrespect and discrimination.i didn't even want to give this place a star but I had to share my encounter. I just hope management can sit down with this employee and go over the circle k handbook to have more knowledge about her job and how to go about different situations. I didn't get the cashier's name the only way I can describe her is(Caucasian female with short blond hair tied up wearing roundish prescription glasses

I think there is someone on staff who doesn't like to work because at least 3 nights a week the whole store is closed and the reason changes every time. I've seen signs for system down, flooding, sick call, etc
