Me and my friends stopped by this circle K for a quick polar pop, and some road snacks. As we made our way through the store my friend went to the public bathroom. While me and my other friend filled our fountain sodas we heard horrible coughing followed by a quick shuffling of feet. We looked over to see a hunched over elderly woman began to foam from her mouth. As my friend exited the bathroom the elderly woman began screeching "CAAaan yoOou READ". Shocked we stared at her. She lifted a single arm with flaps dangling and pointed with a long sharp finger at a piece of paper high above the door. In small font it read "not for public use for management only". Just as we began to apologize for missing the sign, even though it was very poorly placed; she doubled over and pulled her arms inward. We stepped back, as she bared what few teeth she had. She began grinding them making loud creaking sounds. Her glasses fell to the floor and shattered. One of us stepped forward, "are you okay? Oh my god". Just then her head thust upward and the smell of newspaper and adult diaper filled the air. She began screaming that this was her circle K. Her knees inverted snapping backwards as she lowered her head. Her arms sprung from her body and pulled her mass low to the hard filthy gas station floor. One all fours she began to bark. Her disgusting wrinkly skin becoming read with anger. We ran for the door as she mashed her four limbs into an unorganized chase. Leaving the store and hoping into our vehicle we heard her laugh hysterically. Just then her coworker shouted "good work Margaret! Thats how we run this circle K!" I would not step foot on their land as the people working here will defend it with their life.

Went in slushie machine is always down. Whatever I had to use the restroom I'm disabled there were ZERO signs saying the restroom was closed but that didn't stop the employee from telling me i shouldn't of used it and even going as far as to complain and tell me I must not be sorry when I apologized.How was I supposed to know it was closed? Weird, Angry, and unnecessary behavior from employees

My husband and I came in to get gas and drinks before going in to work, and my husband, being in a rush, mistakenly said the wrong pump number. When he went back in to explain his mistake, the cashier screamed at him. When I called to speak with a manager regarding what happened, the employee was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I explained why I was calling, she got heated, defensive, and hung up on me. I work retail, I know it’s not an easy job, but I don’t think expecting basic human decency is too much to ask.

That’s the third time I’ve been there and they person working locks the door because they need a break. I am all for breaks but Ummmm can y’all not hire more staff? I just always end up going to the circle k at the 202. It’s nicer anyways.

They do not answer the phone at all have called at least 25 times and it rang until disconnected… I was calling Monday August after 12am.. I’m pretty sure it couldn’t be that busy at that time. Even if there was only one employee I’m sure they could answer.
