Worst customer service ever. Walked in at approximately the same time as another customer, proceed to head towards the counter, and the employee wants to have an extended personal conversation with that other customer that walked in. I just stand there, respectfully waiting for them to finish... doesn't seem like there was any interest in ending the convo so customers can be check out so I kindly ask the other customer, "are you in line?". They say no, and back up. I ask for a pack of cigarettes, and You could clearly tell the cashier was annoyed his personal, unnecessary conversation had to end. I pull my debit card out to pay, and he rudely says, "I SAAAAIDDD, ID!". I never heard him ask for it, so as I pull it out, I said, "if you wanted to see my ID you would need to ask for it". He then proceeds to take the items back and says, "your good, I don't need to serve that attitude".
To the owners/managers of this location you should really teach your staff how to provide quality customer service and treat your customers with respect. This man clearly doesn't respect himself because he shows up to work looking like a bum who hasn't showered in weeks let alone groomed himself. He has massive social anxiety and doesn't know how to conduct a professional conversation and clearly cant perform at a register.
Everyone else that works at this store is kind, friendly and pleasant.. this bum thinks his job at a convenience store gives him some sort of power to behave like he did. I did NOTHING wrong.
The owners should suspend this guy until he takes a shower, shaves and gets a haircut. Ohhh... the dirt under his fingernails is absolutely disgusting!

Went down the street to another circle k less than a mile away, again no pizza. This time I asked the employees why. One employee told me they were out of the large pizzas because they sell fast, the other one told me that they now just sell these personal pizzas because the pizza just doesn’t sell fast at there location. So they actually had one personal pizza left in a different food warner that I found myself and when I got rung up the cost was $6.79. I asked about the $5.00 promo and he said no it doesn’t apply. So I paid it and ate my tiny personal pizza. 2 slices is a larger portion than this little pizza. Also reading other reviews here, the only ones that get any reply’s are the ones with 5 stars. Hey Mr corporate big wig, perception is everything. I don’t care the reality of it, it’s not my problem. You are paid to execute what you say. Circle k’s are everywhere. What goes up must come down. This store is near a high school. As I’m sitting here eating my pizza, about 30 high school kids came walking in or by and a group of girls were all sharing 2 pizzas and not from circle k. If you think Pennie’s, you get Pennie’s. I guess you’re ok with just getting a sliver of the business. Qt will be getting my business. I like the price on polar pops, but we all need to drink less soda anyway, so maybe me having a bad day and taking it out on you is gonna be a blessing.

Was the worst Circle K in the US, no one should visit them period!This place was so bad now, now they want to scan everyone s ID, even whenyou purchase drink, and cigaretteThis staff was rude and mean, claimed she is manager, lacks no customer service skill or professionalism. should get fired!

If the sign displayed says, "Buy 2 get one free" and the computer doesn't ring it up that way, it has to still be honored.This store on Guadalupe and the 101 did not honor it and would not adjust the price. Not my fault your computer is not up to date.The Circle K down the street had no problem fixing the issue. Thank you to the Circle K on AZ Ave and Guadalupe that did honor the advertisement even though it did not ring up that way.
