Half the day the staff are rude and slow to help you out. Now that they have the self checkout, the staff are even more reluctant to help you or they've become solely dependent on the self checkout, and the items at the self checkout are often priced incorrectly.

Just went to circle K got there at 2:45-2:50pm with my son he asked nicely to see my son BB8. Jordan was nice amazing I was couple cents off on a drink he cover for it. Thank you ?.

It's 6am and they are going through a shift change counting out cash drawer, counting in cash drawer. 15 people in line for 10 minutes. I had to go to work and walked out. just being ignored by 3 employees. Get some lessons from Quik Trip.

if i could put no stars I would! Just had the worst experience at this location ive had my 5 years going to this location. The employee named Rose is clearly on methamphetamines. She grabbed and broke a polar Pop of the customer in front of me in line. than poorly wiped it up with a single paper towel. When i got to the register she told me my total for the gallon of water before i could asked for mycigarettes I asked for two packs she grabbed one and told me total again. I said I asked for two packs and I get two please. My card was declined so i said thats fine ill pay in cash can you break a $50 she said yes. she didn't count the money back when returning it to me. i noticed my change it was short $20, when i pointed it out to her without moving my hand from her view she told me she knew she handed me a $20 with my change. So i spread out the cash returned to me and also showed her i only had fifties in my wallet. She saod i must have put it in my pocket. so i turned out my pockets and asked for my proper changes. she than said that she knew i was lying.. and gave me a $20. when i asked for a receipt she said the print was down. even though the customer before me got the receipt... i said okay have a nice day and she said dont come back in here when im working cause i know your a thief... worst customer service ive experienced in years going to the store.

The ice machines haven't worked right for several years. Just bought 6 dollars worth of ROCK HARD stale muffins. They are twice as big and edible besides fresh across the street Had to microwave my breakfast sandwich that came out with the bun rubbery cause it's old of course too. Several drinks were out. To top it off why not train the new guy on the register while 3 people stare at you behind the counter doing absolutely nothing and taking forever. Oh and when it's your turn let's teach him how to sign in on a different register and move the dang line over. The place is filthy every morning and late night. Absolutely a trashy place and the even the homeless prefer across the street.

The employees are quite friendly and helpful. But the items in the store are way over priced as far as snacks go. For a fairly recent remodel the place is run down looking but that's because of the residents of the neighborhood not having any couth. Employees con only do so much about littering, etc. The junkies that hang around are actually pretty friendly and don't beg excessively. They mind their own business. The general public not having pride in their neighborhood and trashing the place is the problem.

Employees are awesome. The few complaints I have seen against this store are just petty. Check your local laws on id's for cigs . Only problem here is that junkies make them close the bathrooms.

I bought cigarettes here for multiple years and now apparently since I lost my ID and I have to use a paper copy I'm no longer allowed to buy my addiction when I can afford it the employee Dawn decided that she stands above the federal government and is government employee apparently and has the right to deny my paper copy of my ID while I wait for the official copy

I am so pleased with circle and the wide range of services and options for my needs I have quite the odd list when I'm going on a road trip with my family first place I stop before hitting the road is circle k I can pick up chips candy gas and they even have a atm and have used there money services as well.The employees were friendly and even signed me up with a frequent customer card .I am more than happy to stop and use there convenient services for all. My needs just wanted to say thanks for your services CIRCLE K loyal customer

BEWARE!!! The store manager is putting fake Counterfeit money into the atm machine!! They won’t refund you either my bf lost out and after going directly to them with the fake cash and receipts they told him there is nothing they can do which is bs! If you’re a manager you need to take the responsibility and obviously get your eyes check unless it’s a inside job.
