I went to get my eyebrows done on July 14, 2023. Whatever new lady they have in there took off half of my eyebrow and I can’t stop crying. I will never go there again. I had full and completely thick eyebrows before I went in.

Definitely hit or miss here. Used to love it. If the owner is there she does good as long as she's not on her phone while she's doing it, but other than that you will be lucky if anyone's in the store at all! Tried to call 12 xs the other day and never got an answer. When I went a month ago I sat in the empty store for 20 mins and no one was even there. Yesterday when I went no one was in the store either. Waste of my time and since it's so hit and miss lately I gotta find a new place

I’ve been bawling my eyes out for 2 hours. I have really nice thick eyebrows and I asked her to just clean them up and she literally made them so thin and uneven and took out my shape. I’ve never felt uglier in my life. :(

She made my eyebrows so thin when I asked for it to not be thin I walked out crying. Do not go to this place. The worst ever!!!
