“I've shopped here a handful of times over the years and always leave with exactly what I was looking for. She's got everything and anything you could possibly think to need for kids. New born items, all ages and size toys clothes and furnishings. Even stuff for momma during and after pregnancy. Everything is so affordable and the owner is so sweet every time I come.”
“When my friend and I first arrived we were not greeted by anyone. But we quickly found a woman at the jewelry counter that pointed me in the direction I wanted to go. Since the down escalator wasn’t working we had to turn around and go all the way to the front of the store again to use the elevator as I am handicapped and cannot use the stairs. Once there I was looking around and seen that the prices were kind of high for what I wanted but an associate named Samm helped me find everything I was looking for. She was polite, courteous and had no problem helping me and answering my questions. However, once I found what I wanted I excused her so she could return back to work! Unfortunately that was a mistake! After my friend and I had seen some pride items, I was curious to find out if they had any more. So I asked an associated named Mary who called upstairs or somewhere , and tried to give me run around directions to find it. My friend and I walked all over the upstairs area and couldn’t find anything we were looking for. So I asked another associate and they told me another area. Come to find out there wasn’t any other pride items in store and I had been given the run around by two different associates. I would have preferred they told me the truth instead of making me run around the store to only find out the items didn’t exist.”
“I've been an Old Navy shopper for years. They always have a great selection plus comfy clothes and attire. This location, the ladies there are very friendly and helpful. The store always looks organized and clean plus well stocked.”

“Today I stopped in just to spend my reward dollars and the sale was pretty good. What made the experience great was the service and attention of Elena. I love to shop but when there's a sale I real shop. Elena was there to assist me and answer questions. I thought the customer experience in today's world was obsolete however hands down Elena still believes in great service.

“I made an appointment for a bra fitting. Maria was my fitter, and she guessed my size correctly without having to measure me. She brought me scads of bras to try on, and when she knew what style I preferred, she went to the sales rack and got me two! It was a very positive experience!”
