This place needs to just close. Pay at the pump doesn’t work, workers are inept, and nothing seems to change. You’ve lost my $500+/month in diesel business. ?

Ive been going to this Chevron for several years,for this last year I've been using their rv dump,10$ if you buy gas 15$ if you don't,no problem,till yesterday, they weren't selling gas or taking credit cards,all I had was my card I tried to work something out with I guess she was the daytime manager,wasn't gonna happen with her, I was already dumping,she told me I was to stop dumping,so I went out to do that, I got cash from my mother ,turned around to go pay cash and this manager was almost to me to make sure I was on the job of stopping,handed her the cash and all was good,here's the thing, the waste goes into the city septic system,she could have just let the situation slide,wasnt my fault thier store couldn't sell gas or accept a card,I just didn't appreciate her way of handling it,or her acting as I was wronging the station,I dump and fuel the RV thier about every 2 weeks , not no more though,and not any other Chevron,over a 15 dollar dump she has lost my business to that store,store owner maybe you see this review,and I'll say the way she went about it made me deal as though I was a criminal,15 thousand dollar RV, a regular customer and a manager without any kind of compromise,bye bye Chevron,.

RIP off joint for propane. Charged me for two gallons when I only filled up 1.3. Rude girl at counter said there's a 2 gallon minimum. What a joke she and this place are. When I questioned that i wasnt told and there are no signs indicating this, she said "oh now you'll knowfornexttime for Gas is also overpriced and the place is filthy inside.

Paying at the pump charges your card 75 dollars doesn't let you continue to pay at the pump so I walked in to ask why the manager was the rudest man I have ever met in my life he screamed at me about its my bank thats charging me but clearly as i showed the cashier it said CHEVRON !! He continued to scream at me. I told him that I would take my business elsewhere and just remember every customer that walks into the store has access to Google reviews and Yelp! Sad day in America that a paying customer is treated with such disrespect!! Same on you sir!

6 am and unable to sell a scratch ticket until the next shift comes in. B.S. unfortunately this is my neighborhood store. Outside of getting gas when I have Safeway credit I will not be back.

I drive a 1 ton truck registered for 40k lbs and pulled up to the commercial pump. The commercial pump Is for commercial trucks above 26k lbs. The gas attendant at the counter said I have to be a tractor trailer to fill up. I explained how it works but she didn't want to hear. Educate your attendants

Why doesn't your location EVER answer phone calls? I live right down the road from your location, and I've seen your employees outside around the ice machine meeting people over there. That may be the reason that at 8:30pm, no one can answer because they're not ACTUALLY IN THE STORE!!. I'M HEADING THERE NOW AFTER CALLING 3 TIMES AND GETTING NO ANSWER. I'D BE HAPPY TO PROVIDE YOU A VIDEO OF YOUR PARKING LOT!!!I have video evidence after showing up at your location and no one was there when I pulled up. One person pulled up in front of the store in their vehicle and still hasn't walked into the store. Just sitting in their vehicle. WHY CAN'T YOUR EMPLOYEES ANSWER A PHONE CALL??

I paid to use the trash can and the controlling abusive owner caused a scene and screamed at his employees. Nice. Also made me remove my trash.
