So go there spend 20 bucks. I see the sign that says cash back limit to say 20. So I put my card in politely ask for 20 bucks cash back to be told no. And I'm like how come your sign says I can, which this rude lady then slammed another sign on the table which came from under her counter some where that says no cash back after certain hours. So never going back great customer service.

Worst customer service in the world, the night lady just doesn’t have any common sense. The drive through Carwash took 3 payments from my credit card it never started and it didn’t print the receipt and they can’t do anything without a receipt, how do you explain to someone the machine didn’t print a receipt so I can show it to her and she doesn’t get it, I wasted 20 minutes of my life

Had a small first time interaction with this specific location. Immediately opening the door saying hello and one of the cashiers turned her nose up at me. I asked if they took EBT and the look from the other cashier was a little worse and they just said no and I explained that that's the first I've heard of that and I asked him again are you sure and they said no. So I left and proceeded to look up if Chevron gas stations take EBT anyways cuz I have been to other locations and they did take it so I was making sure if I wasn't mistaken and they do indeed I can't pay for fuel or nothing like that but I can use EBT for what it's intended for. I don't like thinking the worst or assuming anything with people but without me even asking that question I knew what the answer was going to be whether they were telling the truth or not.
Black/African American and brown/Mexican don't recommend.

The credit debit machines at this gas station never work. I have tried countless times to get gas at this gas station only to realize the credit and debit machines do not work. Why Chevron are you overcharging for gas and not having machines that work?

I will never come here again I used my 1$ off coupon for gas ⛽️ and they stopped my gas from pumping she was wrong she’s must be stealing money from the register because when I went back inside she and spoke to her she got nervous I will never go here to get gas or spend my money here ever again I now go to the native reservation in Scottsdale off McKellips

If you're looking for lottery or scratchers, DON'T come here. They don't sell scratchers or Powerball after 10pm. And don't even try to cash in your scratchers here because you get scolded by the red head or just flat out denied, regardless of the time of day.

I bought a 12 pack 12 oz cans of coors light and she said “19 dollars”. I got charged for either an 18 pack or the 12 pack of the larger oz cans. I calmly asked her to check the price again then she proceeded to argue with me and she was kind of rude. I just paid and left and then did some research, I checked other chevron stores and also their website, as well as all the surrounding stores it’s 11.99 most places and 12.99 at the highest price at a liquor store. I called the store back and she refused to repay me the amount they ripped me off for. Shady business

Service is more than awful. Employees straight up refusing to do their job because it’s easier to say they can’t. Have worked at a gas station for a long time before, extremely unhappy.
