I feel absolutely awful that I did not get their names but two (I assume managers) and the bank teller helped me secure a wire transfer that was giving me so many issues. The wire transfer was for a house that was closing in less than an hour. I can’t even explain how much they went above and beyond for me. They may have even been more stressed than I was (haha). I really appreciate them so much!

My husband and I went into this location today to update my name (we're finally changing my last name after almost 2 years of being married). Janet from the Val Vista branch was so helpful, and made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Major props to her for listening to all of our questions. She even congratulated us on our wedding.

Decent location. But I will never understand why the ATMs don’t accept Apple Pay even though it’s been advertised to on the front. Misleading!

My wife needed some crisp bills for gift giving. The teller told us that the machine dispenses the bills, and "You get what you get". I asked if she had any crisp bills in her drawer, "Nope, the bills that don't work in the machine get put into the drawer, they are even worse". So the message is "Too bad grandkids!! NO crisp bills for you!!" So, nothing in the vault? I remember when banks used to help you....not anymore. My wife went to Wells Fargo and got the crisp bills she wanted.

This branch used to be amazing when I first moved to the area. But it suuuuucks now. Not customer friendly, Nadin and I think Janet or Janice were just straight up rude and making it out like we didn't understand what they were saying even though we were explaining we needed help. But they flat out refused, don't recommend this branch not one bit anymore. Sooooo disappointed.

I wanted to take a moment and acknowledge a Chase bank employee at this branch, Luis Santos. My disabled brother was having issues with his account so I took him to the bank to get them resolved. When we arrived very close to closing time I was told by the receptionist we would have to make an appointment for another day. Mr. Santos, noticing the difficulty my brother was having with mobility, offered to help immediately. He resolved all issues and really took care of us. It's always nice to see caring helpful people still exist. Chase has a customer for life! Thanks Luis!
