Have gone in 3 consecutive days to open a business account, because the website doesn’t allow it. 3 days in a row telling me they don’t have a banker there to do it. Staff properly. Terrible customer experience.

I've always had good experience with this branch. From the tellers to the executives, everyone is helpful and courteous.

It's a bank. The teller seemed like I was bothering her as I asked questions about a deposit.

First I would like to say they have children working at this bank okay maybe couple of adults do work there but this chase bank is very thin skinned they close all of my accounts ruin my credit score. I in turn pay all my credit cards off since they childishly close them and today on December 5 2023 they hit me with a 26 dollar bill on a credit card I no longer have mind you what a bunch of crooks . Please save yourself the headache and everyone walk away and let's watch them crumble together as they scramble to get customers lol

I am writing this letter to inform others about how this bank seriously misrepresentationed a product to me. I was looking to open a new Business Credit Card for my new business, and I spoke with my usual banker Micheal. I sat down he lit up with a new card that recently came to the market. I have another business and have a card with chase. he mentioned this new card is identical to my current card but with better benefits obviously i jumped and mention that what he was saying sounded too good to be true I specifically asked "what's the catch" he responded to me "nothing it is the same as the other card you are used to but with better benefits". "I Responded with in that case let's do it!". So I was sent over the contact and with my trust in the bank I've done business with for years I signed. fasting forward to now I got a notice that my recent payment did not clear my statement balance. And come to find this card is a pay in full card. this is not in any way shape or form what I was expecting. or told. My other card with Chase is not a pay in full card. You might be understanding the frustration at this point. It is very difficult for a new business to succeed when you are expected to pay the full balance of a card used to purchase inventory every month. So I went back to my banker michael and when I asked him if he knew why I was being asked to pay my full statement balance he seemed just as surprised as I was then his eyes opened wide and he said "I wonder how many other people have this card and are in the same predicament that you are in". which confirmed to me that he had less than adequate training in relation to the card he sold me. i was misled and deceived about the reality of this card. He recommended I call customer service, customer service told me that the only way I might find a resolution was to file a complaint against michael so I did. The representative I spoke with mentioned I may be able to speak with the branch manager to resolve the issue. The branch manager Paul tried to talk to others above him and came back to me with the best he could do. Is possibly help mitigate late fees. I do not believe this is a amicable solution to survive in small business you need to spend money to make money and I cannot do that with this card. because of the tremendous misrepresentation I believe that I should have the card converted to a normal card. I was taken advantage of and pushed to sign a document without being informed of the proper description of what the product was. In conclusion I am writing this on behalf of myself and others in my same position.

My brother and I had a family situation that was tough on all of us kids. Paul Swiatkowski not only listened, he was compassionate, caring, patient, understanding, professional and knowledgeable. Our family truly appreciates the time he took to resolve/help us get to where we needed to be in an extremely timely manner. Thank you Paul !

This is the first location I've had issues with converting dollars into foreign currency. Every other location I've been to had it next day while this place didn't have it for three.Tellers are a bit inexperienced and can't handle a bit more complex situations. They don't care to ask for an answer on your question if they don't know it off the bat.

As a small business owner, I don't recommend banking at this location or dealing with Chase for any of their business services.

What insanity to create a policy of no cash deposit. Humans make it machines to be our daily interaction. I have the card and ID in hand still not enough. So machine is my choice left it does the job just have to hold my breath that it won’t take a 20 dollar and get jammed and keep it then having to spend an hour on the phone to file a claim to get it back. Total joke. Might be time to look for other bank options. Grrr few bad apples of humans have to ruin things for everyone to make things more idiotic
