Customer trash upon closing we knew registers were closing in 6 mins but Customer services didn't have to not answer my question with "Whatever is out there but we closing" to talk quietly to talk about how Customers do this or do that, your a salesmen act like it and close the sale or talk to me nice thank you and your cameras are monitored and recorded so please watch what you say don't come for me because your having a bad daySincerely Mr Karen lol

Walked in with 100% of my hearing. Walked out completely deaf lol. The music was so loud and awful. You couldn't even enjoy shopping. I have now walked three stores down and can still hear the music. I didn't even spend a full minute in there. Started walking around but the music was obnoxious and I didn't see anyone in there. The floors were super dirty. Cheapy clothes. Not worth it

Worst experience I’ve ever had shopping at any store. Need better training across all associates. Will never shop here again which sucks cause the clothes were cute. Oh well. Money better spent elsewhere I suppose. Not like their managers cared.

Found exactly what we needed for my daughter for work. Pastel polo style shirts and Cartagans at a great price. I believe It was 3 for 15 on a lot of items and cute. She is a 0 and has a hard time finding clothes.

Favorite clothing store hands down, I get amazing deals on cute clothes, and they almost always have deals. I have picked up an entire new wardrobe this year from them and I couldn't be happier with my purchases. The girls who work here are always so nice and helpful too, I don't feel intimidated when I come in. I love shopping here and will continue to shop here until they give me a reason not too.

Used to be one of my favorite stores. Went in today to return - sorry EXCHANGE a body suit and the lady rudely corrected me and interrupted me several times when I tried to tell her what i was there for. Summarized, I can’t return the body suit because it’s considered an intimate item. Wouldn’t be an issue for me if it wasn’t for the fact I confirmed with the young lady there when buying it that I would be able to exchange it should it not fit because they don’t have fitting rooms available. Also wouldn’t have been an issue if this lady could have just been a bit kinder. Won’t be going back.

If I could give zero I would.. My daughter bought pajamas and shorts here. The pajamas ripped immediately and the shorts didn't fit We came to the store to return the shorts and a receipt that clearly stated we could get store credit and store credit is no longer an option. I don't see how negating written word on a receipt is legal. Will not ever be shopping here again. The staff was unhelpful as ever.
