We came here to figure out to do with our wedding funds. My husband received some information from a male staff member while I wasn't there, but kept telling him to stop talking so I could be present for the conversation about how the taxes work and whatnot. He didn't listen and kept talking. He also didn't repeat that information when I came by and asked, my husband frustrated that he didn't wait for me. Was it a case of assuming the man is the one to talk to? Sure felt like it. Also, the place was empty, but he basically shoved a computer at our faces and was like, do it on your own. When we expressed the reason we came in was to get some guidance on opening an account and not just sit in the lobby on their computer (we have a computer at home....) the guy said oh yeah we recommend an appointment for that. It was freaking empty.... Really? Throughout this whole time he reeked of douchebag vibes. He offered his card to schedule an appt and I let him know we weren't interested (who would want to deal with that kind of personality?) and he gave a little smirk and a "cool." I've been a long time Schwab account holder and this guy represents my worst ever experience at any branch. get new staff

poor customer service, too ego salesman. moved all money to fidelity. could get into my account and they refuse to help, fidelity us good and always to get to my account with different way. i liked td ameritrade customer service but charles schwab will not with you. i don't drive and wanted to handle my access in person. fidelity is great and move ur money you will be much happier with their customer service. they work for you.

This place closes at 4. Google showed the business updated the hours 1 week ago to 5pm. Not true. Drove 20 minutes and wasted my gas for nothing.

Wonderful experience! We came in with limited knowledge and Don, the branch manager, was very kind in extending his time and helping us understand.We did have a scheduled appointment and he was prompt, waiting for us.Excellent service, made this our home branch.Thanks Don!

I went to this location today. The internet domain says it was open. It was a bit of a drive! I waited around thinking they were gone to lunch. Unfortunately, I wasted an hour of my time. No one is there, so don't bother! This location is obviously closed, they are too lazy to post it on the website. Very unprofessional I'm disgusted!

Went to the Recker Rd location and it was closed during business hours! I have been waiting to get a babysitter for today in order to bring my check to this Charles Schwab location and they are closed!!! I am very livid!
