Driver was notified in notes of order that vehicle was in a parking garage. He advised me he couldn’t go into the garage. I informed him I would drive it down, he then said he would be right back and left. Called him twice and no answer. Terrible customer service. Hands down do NOT recommend.

I have been dealing with Charity Towing for over 11 years. No matter where I'm at.... Or what the situation... I've always been able to count on them to take care of me.We all know that no matter what the circumstances..... Getting towed sucks.... I'd rather deal with someone who treats me with respect and on top of that.... Donates part of every tow to charity around the city.Love this place. They treat me like family

Kyle literally SAVED THE DAY! I was so afraid that I'd be stuck along the I10 freeway 70 miles out of the city in 107 degrees for hours. Within minutes of receiving a dispatch text I received a phone call from Kyle reassuring me that he will arrive to get me off the freeway "as soon as humanly possible"!! As traffic and semis fly by 80-90mph, I saw ANOTHER trailer strike the same enormous pothole that disabled my car! Kyles phone call was so kind, prompt & thoughtful & it was obvious that he was truly concerned to arrive ASAP. He kept his word, arrived in record time & quickly loaded my BMW for the long tow home. Im so grateful that decent strangers still exist!! This guy was truly a life saver going above & beyond. God bless you Kyle, thank you.

How is this place in business still? A couple years ago, one of their drivers dropped my car off their tow truck after not having it tied up securely. They said they would fix it so I didn't call the police.. then they refused to fix it.Plus they must have deleted my review because I left one then & its gone.Service: Car towing

I just finished shopping at my local Frys and when I turned the key in the ignition, it kept going in a circle. I called Wendy at Charity Towing and Recovery and received an immediate response. Kyle, the tow driver, was dispatched to Fry's parking lot, hooked up my car, and drove me and the car home in less than 45 minutes. Such great prompt, professional, courteous and timely service!!

Business is very unprofessional. Answered and accepted my towing order through Verizon. The driver called when he was on his way, I explain the pick up situation and road. He indicated he would call if any questions or issues. He never called and cancelled order. Basically, leaving the car there. I would never do business with this professional company.Service: Car towing
