I will never go anywhere else. The customer service is absolutely amazing. They are very fast at identifying which parts are needed, always have the right parts in stock and the store is clean. Someone else mentioned they couldn't return something, which is strange. I've never had an issue returning anything. Highly recommend this place!

I will not work with them again. Everything is so delayed. they make a lot of mistakes and refuse to return anything which lead to a higher cost. Please buy from somewhere else even if it is more expensive.

Only thanks to Zac we had purchased items for remodeling our bathroom here.Thanks to his amazing customer service skills we didn't want to go anywhere else.After horrible experience with similar store on ValVista and Baseline in Mesa ,came here and he was absolutely going extra mile in showing and explaining products.Will be making more purchases here.Thanks Zac!

We ordered a $1000 TOTO washlet/toilet and had *********************** install it. The plumber told them that instead of the 12in rough one with 10in was needed. This item is in stock. But, instead of supplying it, they ordered an unsuitable part from TOTO which took 4 weeks to arrive. The plumber still bolted it to the floor, only to realize that it is the wrong part. The correct part was obtained and finally installed. This showed a lack of competence on the part of both Central Arizona Supply as well as ****************.

We've had a few appliances installed recently. There have been multiple issues with the appliances (missing shelves, oven improperly functioning). OK...these things happen. Unfortunately, multiple attempts to get it right have failed. It's not a one star because they are very eager to correct their issues. Upper management wants to get it right. The front line staff just really, really struggles.

Easy warranty exchange! My Rheem water heater started leaking while under warranty, I didn’t even purchase it from these guys but they told me to just bring in the sticker and they swapped it right out. If you have a water heater that breaks under warranty, bring it to these guys and they will take great care of you.

I guess they were busy or don't like "retail" customers like me but they were not friendly and the prices were way higher than expected. I did figure out a problem I was having thanks to them but it's not like I'm itching to go back that's for sure.

I don't even know where to begin...First you get to the store nobody greet or acknowledge you.Than you unlucky approach a clerk(Mitch) who's middle of the conversation decide to go to the bathroom.Later he take you outside to find what you're looking for.Of course they didn't have. I spoke with someone over the phone the person said everything available. Guess not. Anyhow.Mr. Mitch decided to leave me middle of the storage area.I followed him inside than ask him what's going on. Why he doesn't want to help me. Not much response. I guess he's mentally not equipped for these kinds of interaction. Few minutes later he jumped to his car and left. The manager tried to jump in and directed me to another gentleman. Great I'm on the right track. Well I was wrong. The gentleman walked outside with me again. We picked up three items hopefully you're going to make something happen. What I haven't counted on it take him more than 20 minutes to come up with the price for those three items. It turned out the registers doesn't have the barcode readers one item had no barcode or serial number on it. Let's just say that was a complete nightmare.I wish there is a zero star or minus stars.I don't even know should I laugh on this cr*p or cry...One for sure never again. And if you want to know a store you have to read the one star reviews that will tell you what's going on

John is the salt of the earth there. I can't tell you how patient and considerate he is. Very helpful very knowledgeable. Nothing beats experience.
