Hi I'm writing this in response to the guy that gave me a bad review. He doesn't know what he is talking about. I closed my store front in 2009. I appreciate all my customers. This guy gave 21 reviews and 17 were 1 star and one had 2 stars so common sense would tell me that he is the problem. Thanks to all my loyal customers and I look forward to assisting you in the future.

Total A@#Hole! I called to find out about getting my CB radio repaired. I found out later in the call that this individual works out of his house which raised a red flag. I said ,"can I stop by now and have you take a look at my radio. "? He then replied, " I'm at my shop over on Main St in Mesa". I then replied, " Do you want me to bring it to your shop then."? Now, by this time it was 20 minutes to 4 pm and apparently he closes at 5. He exclaimed in a very rude condescending tone," I just told you I'm working out of house"! I then replied, " Well ok I'll bring by your house then". He then replied rudely once more " I just told you , I'm at a car show "! No, in fact this individual did not tell me. So, I don't recommend this fool coming anywhere near my radio! Beware and steer clear.

I brought my radio to CB Exchange (Rich) from over 40 miles away passing shops that were much closer because I trust the work Rich does.In the 30 years I was a professional driver Rich's reputation was well known, doing competent quality work at very reasonable prices.Cell phones are great but there are some conditions where cellular communications are useless, for me and my family having a secondary means of communication is invaluable.

Very good experience working with Rich on my CB antennae issues on my semi truck. He also gave me a quick lesson on the antennae connections so that I could run the cables myself and save money. Finding someone willing to share their knowledge and not overcharge is not common these days! Thanks Rich!

The man's name is Rich and I recommend him. You get a feeling of old fashioned honesty. I left my RV with everything in it and it was fine. I would say he is pretty fast and accurate and of course professional. Easy to find. Reasonable. He tested my old radio which was bad and put a new one in. It didn't even take the three hours I thought it would.

Rich did a fantastic job installing my first CB in my '06 Canyon! I'm new to CB's and wanted something to talk with my friends when we go off-roading and be able to get a signalout if Iever need help. He picked out a model that was perfect for what I needed, installed the radio and a roof mounted antenna, and at a very reasonable price! I definitely recommend you give Rich a call if need anything CB related!
