Someone hit my car in a parking lot while I was at Pilates the other week and car star was on the list of vendors from my insurance. They were close by so I figured I would give it a shot. The team was awesome! So friendly and easy to work with. They had told me it would be a week and a half to fix my car, but had it finished in 5 days. My bumper looks amazing AND they even washed my car and cleaned the inside which I wasn’t expecting at all! They went above and beyond - definitely recommend!

I had a dent on my Pacifica, covered by the responsible party's insurance. Andy and the staff at Carstar were great. They worked quickly in the office, minimizing waiting time. A part was on back order and the repair took longer than anticipated, but Andy kept me informed and their work was top notch. I'm very pleased with all aspects of working with them!

Came in to pick up my car today after repairs and I am beyond happy with the outcome. Jason was wonderful and very thorough and front desk was very kind. Was told it would take 4-6 days and they finished in 4! Couldn't be happier with how my car looks now. Think it made it look brand new off the lot! I attached before and after photos of the paint match (only bumper was painted)and also the grill and emblem replacement :) Thank you Carstar!

Everyone at this body repair business was friendly, polite and treated me with respect. They did a very good job on repairing my Toyota Camry, and the repair was completed in 72 hours - in my opinion a very speedy repair. This is a nice company to do business with and they will get my business in the future if I need any body repair work done on any of my vehicles. Thank you !!!

Jason was great with keeping me updated. All I needed was the front bumper cover replaced due to an small accident. I dropped my 4RUNNER off on Monday and was able to pick it up that Wednesday!! This was a much quicker process than I had expected. Great service!!

End result of the job was very good! And communication was voluntary, and I didn't have to call into check the status once. Though delivery date was later than initial estimate, overall Andy and the rest of the staff did great
