My car looks great. But my God, I was there for over an hour. For someone who got the cheapest car wash package, I didn't expect to be there that long. 4 stars for the service and the job they did. If I didn't spend so long there, it would be 5 stars.

My family and I always go here to get our vehicles cleaned. The last two times I have went I have been disappointed! I paid $35 and was told they clean inside and outside! Yesterday I got into my vehicle and notice they did a poor job vacuuming my ride! Like they didn’t even vacuum my seats front and back! Outside looks good but the inside I was very upset being that I paid that much and tipped to have my ride looking dirty inside! I get it it’s very hot outside but when you pay $34-$45 to get your ride CLEANED outside and inside you expect to see those results! ?

The owner told me that they would replace the cabin filter they did not my floor mats were not put back my floor jack and handle were in the bed of my truck I opened my glove box dog hair was still in the box they did not clean my headliner my change was gone I went back to talk to the owner he was gone stay away they will take everything you have

Went here and bought a deluxe hand wash. Left 5 dollar tip, after realizing my head phones were missing. Would not recommend this car wash unless you remove everything you might miss.

Piad for the hand wash. It was like the car just came off the lot! Lots of hand detailing done, and everyone works hard. They check each other's work so no details are missed. I left a nice tip,but they really earned it. My new go-to place for car wash.

I had my Honda Ceramic coated at Campbell's.It is 5 years old and looked like I got it off the showroom floor when I originally purchased it. Very pleased with their work
They did a fantastic job! Love Cesar! Hard workers especially in this heat! Ty.

STAY AWAY!!! This is the second time they damaged my car. I mentioned this to the owner prior to having my car washed and he said it wasn't anything they did. I said just have your staff be careful. We are loyal customers and have beening going to then for many many years. When my car was done there were two more places that the paint was removed off my bumper. I showed the owner and he said it is my fault bad paint job that is what is causing. He was so defensive and didn't even off at least a refund! If you aren't taking this post serious your vehicle will be at risk!!!!

I’ve been to Campbell’s car wash for approximately now. I would say eight times. I was very happy. Everyone was very nice. They did the excellent job I would give tips, but this last particular time was different. They had to go on a different lane where two women was washing my vehicle and drying it off And then they got off my car and went to another vehicle which was a truck and started cleaning that and then came back to my car washed up and didn’t do a good job so I did complain. One of the women became angry very vindictive I heard a bam on my back and I noticed she had a ladder And she put a dent scratches so I called the owner the next day he told me to come out and he said he’s not gonna say anything to those women they’re 50 years old, but you work hard and you take care of what you have and when there’s workers they don’t care they get mad cause you tell him they didn’t do the job right the owner told me to come back which I did. I’m handicap. It’s hard for me to get around with my knees. He told me I need to get out of my car and I told him to reschedule, he didn’t and be aware of like them I tipped them really good and they took it so it seems like they want something for free

I do not recommend this place. I’ve supported this place even after every time I went the price was always different. Week one would be $65 inside and out. Second week it would be $80 inside and out. The following week would be $75 inside and out. Today I went and only wanted the outside and they charged me $70. And after waiting an hour and a half, my truck looked better before I took it in. They did a horrible job. I always support the guy that runs it and the establishment but after today, I will no longer be their customer. There is a gentleman with long brown hair that always always tries to , skyrocket how much you pay Depending on how he feels that day and if they made enough money or not. Again, I recommend for you guys not to go to this place. It’s nothing but shady, grimy snake individuals. If you guys want a great job done on your car wash go to the car wash on Dobson and University behind the gas station on the south west corner.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
They did a great job cleaning the inside & outside of my truck for a great price; unlike Rinse & Ride Carwash and Raceway Carwash that didn't get the top portion of my hood nor my tailgate.
I definitely will be a regular customer at Campbell's Carwash and I will be spreading the word to others I meet!

Our paint on our car has many spots of paint round spots peeled off from car wash automatic car wash.My husband is so mad.On the hood at least 10/20 spots peeling paint and near headlights.

It took forever (2hr wait) and I only got a basic wash. They didn't even wipe inside my car, I should've washed it myself.

Make sure you check their work. Paid $55 and they didn't even clean the back half of the interior, didn't even vacuum it. The whole interior looks like it was barely dry wiped for what they did do, the rims and front grill are still dirty. Their lowest level wash is literally no different than paying for the more expensive one in quality and effort.
