******UPDATE received nothing but horrible customer service from the property or store owner had to thank him for his unprofessional service and hang up while he was yelling on the phone hazel is a really disappointing as he's the one who got me in this situation I would at least hope being my second car they could help. At this point Cactus Jack is a scam and only helps those they like, I have a car that doesn't run and only broke down when it got off they're property days later I took it to their mechanic and they made it worst and only wanted me to take it to true fix. I can only hope people learn from my experience and go somewhere that can help, or if thjs is a last resource make sure your a mechanic or have a mechanic friend. *****
Upset and feeling scammed. Honestly if something can be done if not I have to put more money with car payments and car repairs. The warranty is a joke, this is my second car with them which is why I don't understand how these problems are suddenly happening.
Fyi I did called yesterday of April 25 and was told you had customers and he would call back that was around 3:03 in the afternoon

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE UNLESS YOUR LOOKING TO MAKE LEMONADE! THE DON'T INSPECT THE VEHICLE BEFORE THEY SELL IT! CHECK THE BATTERY AND THE BRAKES FOR SURE!!!!!

Great place to buy a car not for those looking for brand new but a place to help you get back on your feet in more then one way , had some really messed up issues thought this place had basically took my money then I came in and talked to a gentleman named Dan and he helped me out and got everything for my organized and out the door . Went in today to buy a car, and a gentleman by the name of Hazen helped us out. He was AMAZING with giving us directions on how the process went. Was very patient and cared only abt getting us in the right vehicle. I couldn’t be happier with what we got. I wanna thank him and Cactus Jacks for making it a smooth process!
