My First Experience with Budget Car Rental was a Great One? The Amazing woman working the Counter was Absolutely Amazing ? so very kind & got us in and out as possible. I will use Budget Car Rental again!! I Highly Recommend trying them out if you are in need of a Vehicle. ?

A bad experience!!! Bad, bad,bad.Well, I might be the exception but………I reserved a Toyota Rav 4, medium size SUV, through Priceline. I used Priceline before and it’s an excellent source for vacation planning. The problem here was at the counter , Budget at E. Superstition Springs Blvd. I was given a Jeep Cherokee , I had to cut the entire trip, already into 60 miles or 70 away from the rental place. The vinyl seats were horribly uncomfortable, the smell of the chemical in it made me lightheaded, mind you, I don’t suffer from dizziness or lightheadedness, this car was the worst. Power seat controls were not working 100%. But the worst was the customer service provided to me. Andy at the front desk did not disclose he was holding $ 200 dollars over and above the $ 300 dollars rental expenses. He did not go outside with me to do a vehicle walk around, so, you know, that was a mistake. I left without a spare tire and the guy said no Roadside assistance in AZ. When I was back to return the vehicle 3 hours later , I received no empathy from Jill, another attendant. Sir, we can exchange the car, everything is in the contract, bla, bla,bla. I guess that is how they treat some people at that counter.

Jill and Andrew are really good people. Super friendly and are very businesslike. I'm so happy to do business with them. They really are such very good people. Salamat Po you guys are the BEST !!!

Worst experience with a company ever. Every single employee I spoke with was extremely rude, cut me off when I was speaking. I asked one simple question and he got snappy with me. I hope its all recorded. They Did not care about any issues I was trying to tell them. I wanted to speak to a manager and every person told me they were the manager. And I called multiple budgets.. I had a horrible time even trying to make a reservation, online included. I have no idea why they all sounded miserable and mean. Not even exaggerating. I canceled my reservation ( after the 2 hours of struggle to even make) because of their customer service. I will never be a customer of budget again. I was very kind the whole time, did not deserve any of it, im not a Karenlol just a shocked person that needed a car :(

Customer service is outstanding. I have rented from Jill before, in years past ( at her previous location) and I have always left with the car I was looking for or an upgrade of it. She is always looking for the best investment for the duration of my rental. Her rental cars are always neat and clean and well-kept. I had to call customer service to try and relocate another location nearby; (with hopes I would find her in the new location) only to find out she had moved just 250 ft. from her previous location.I was not renting at the moment but booking a rental for a future date. ( Customer Loyalty because of Outstanding customer service.) Again she gave me the best option for my investment for the duration of time I will need the car. Jill, you have a customer for life.

Rude employees, and they over charged me and I am having to fight with them to get it fixed. Managers refuse to speak to you or call you back.

Bad service in general! Individual phone employee tried to help but this location is not as listed where shown and addresses (mutiple addresses peovided!) were incorrect. on top of being told they would be open yet no one was available during listed business hours.

This rental car spot is meant for dealer repair customers only. Opens 10am, closes at 330. No customer service. Was asked to return car before they opened. No drop box per their customer service line. There actually is a Dropbox but it is hidden between two walls. Cheap prices, discount service.

I had an AWFUL experience for my first time renting with budget. I had a reservation for 5pm that I made online MONTHS prior. I landed and called the rental place and let the guy know I was coming at 4:18pm. I got to the rental place (the one inside the country inn) from the airport at 4:54pm to have the doors locked. I called this budget that was close by ( 6322 E Superstition Springs Blvd ) and luckily the girl was so kind and came and picked me up since I Ubered to the original location. A+++ service from this location. She was so kind and made sure I had everything I needed before she let me go and apologized that there was nothing in my class I rented but I was just happy to have a car for the weekend. She even technically stayed late! I had a prepaid reservation, called the guy and he still left. Horrible service from that location. If you aren’t going to stay for reservations you shouldn’t book them at that time. It’s not my fault it’s available. I rented November 7-10. Thank you to this budget for taking care of me.

Just moved to AZ and this was the Budget rental near me. Customer service was outstanding! Jill and David were so nice and professional. I have to say that was the best rental experience ever. I recommend this Budget rental office for sure!
