Honestly, safety, cleanliness and convenience-wise, this place was great for us for several years. Aside from only having access from 7-7, which was sometimes a pain, we didn't have any issues. Then, the price started to rise. Every other month it was going up. We now pay $147 for a small unit (it was $117 in June 2022, and in the 80s, I think, when we started). Odd, since the medium unit advertised on their website isn't even that much. We need to look elsewhere now, unfortunately. There are much cheaper places to rent from. We could buy all new stuff every year for the price we are currently paying to store there.

Robin and Larry were very delightful to work with, they made the initial experience of filling out the paperwork and forms , for my storage solution into a positive experience. I would refer anyone to check out Broadway Storage Solutions first before making a decision for their storage needs.

Friendly staff and lovely conversation. Larry and Robin made us feel secure in their ability to maintain the storage facilities. You can tell that the facilities themselves are well kept and clean. I highly recommend this business!

Very nice management. Due to my random schedule as a caregiver for my terminal mom, I couldn't make it in quickly to put a lock on a reserved unit. When I finally made it there, they showed me where the unit was and helped me lock it up. Unit and place looked very clean.
