I try to do everything online because I hate going to dealerships. This dealership is one of a kind though. First I stopped by before they opened by accident. The opening manager actually saw me and let me in while I was taking the walk of shame back to my car. As for trading my car and buying a new car, it was flawless. They are absolutely transparent in their numbers. I told them what I want and what I don’t want and they said ok. All the numbers were agreed at the table. No scare tactics once you walk into finance. The car I wanted was in transit so they gave me a loaner until the car came in. I can’t believe how quick and easy buying a car here is.

I can’t speak highly enough of the team at Berge Toyota Riverview.. this has been a relationship that’s lasted many years when a sale had not even been made. The professional attitude and the caring nature of the staff, to make sure you are being looked after and not feeling like you are just another sale goes to show the true character of the family they create. With my purchase of a ‘24 Tundra (3 years after my initial appointment with my sales rep) I’m glad to be a part of the Berge Toyota Riverview family and anticipate continuing it for years to come.

My wife and I just bought my brand new 2025 Toyota Camry XSE from Ernie. The process started back in June. I was looking for something very specific. Black and on black, xse, ventilated seats and AWD. There was nothing out there that I could find, but after a few days, Ernie was able to find one. It was still in transit and was to go to a different dealership. He worked to get the the vehicle I really wanted to Berge Toyota. I traded in our 2009 Corolla and traded early. They provided a Rental free of charge while waiting for the new Camry. Had the rental for 2 weeks.
Never in my life had I had this kind of experience at a car dealership. Everyone I worked with wanted to take care of my wife and I. They were not pushy. Not your typical car dealership!!! They truly want you to have what you want. They treated us like family.
Thank you Ernie for being so awesome and getting us the car we really wanted and working with us on the pricing and everything. Also, thank you James, Vinny and Patrick.
Whenever we buy another vehicle in the future, it will be at Berge Toyota!!!

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Berge Toyota . I can not recommend them highly enough. Michael, the salesman who assisted me, was incredibly friendly, eager to help, extremely knowledgeable in his field, and made process enjoyable and stress-free. Shout out to Patrick, Vinny, and Eber for excellent assistance also along the way. So the experience of buying a car can be somewhere between going to the dentist and running a marathon, but this was better than either of those, in fact, it was an enjoyable experience, probably due to my salesman, Ernie Beler, and the rest of the crew were also stellar. It was fortunate twist of fate that made me pass up two closer Toyota dealers and pull into Berge.

Barry Fox found the "needle in a haystack" for me, to replace my geriatric car. I had been searching since Easter for a good, used economy car with low mileage.
He gave me his card and said to call him anytime there was a problem. Newer cars work differently than my old car and I had to call him about "how to release the parking brake" the very evening of purchase. He's searching for a manual, but meantime, have had to call several times with questions and he is always patient and has the answer. Great Customer Service!!!
