Just got out wanted to get a new phone but the lady that was supposed to help didn't help at all.. she had a bad attitude... hate my experience in this store and I won't recommend nobody to go to this place... also I being a client of boots for over 10 years

Currently here at 4pm on a Monday that is not a holiday. All 3 doors are locked (supposed to be open until 7pm), and no one is inside. I’ve knocked loudly. I’ve called the number. The back office door seems slightly ajar with the lights on, but no response.

I admit, I'm a grumpy old man, I very rarely have things go smoothly when I'm running errands. I was forced to buy a new cell phone because my old one was being decommissioned at the end of March. Great, another reason to get annoyed. I ordered a new phone, waited 4 days to receive it (an eternity in the age of "Now!") and sure enough, couldn't activate it properly. After spending 3hrs trying to send a text message, I gave up and decided to let a professional handle it.I don't know the young woman's name, but she was working there on the afternoon of 3/30. With nothing other than my phone number and PIN, she was able to get my new phone working perfectly, and I confirmed it by sending a text msg before I left the store. She knows her stuff, I applaud her for not wasting my time, and she deserves a sandwich named after her. Thank you, Miss!

Valerie was very kind. I just bought a new phone and she helped me with everything. Valerie put the back cover on, put the protective screen cover on. She also installed the SD card and helped set up the new phone. 10 stars!!! My new Boost Mobile store.

Bought two phones. Upgraded my account and ported over a number to get the iPhone deal. Inconsistent with prices and not sure how trustworthy they are over these fees they seem to add on to the bill.

Went to store at 10:40 AM October 8th and the doors were locked and lights turned off. Nobody inside. Other boost store said the franchise owner commonly doesn't show up to work and the store will remain closed, what's the point of it being there and having an open sign on the door?

Went to this location five times , sign shows its was open but no one there for hour's, other customers are complaining about the same issue. In order to receive customer. Services some one must be in the store, they just lost my business. I live around the corner, what a shame.

The employee helped my mom and made her feel very comfortable with purchasing a new phone and transferred and set it all up for her put the screen protector and case on did everything and just was so kind and my mom left the happy, when she was so unsure and hated the though of having to get a new phone and especially have to deal with people she just doesn't like it, but my mom left there happy and excited about her new phone and having it all set up
