They have pandemic business hours. Something not shared on fed ex dot com. I showed up at 6:05pm, they close at 6pm. The staff were kind enough to shout at me "read the sign!" If I wasn't on my way to work, I'd wait for their a** too.

Been there twice. Both times during business hours and both times the open sign was lit but the door was locked while repeated phone calls went unanswered. Frustrating. Third and LAST visit with same results. This location is the worst.

Good costumer service, how ever there are offering a Galaxy S9 for 100 down and 33 a month, Sprint has the same phone for 9 dollars down and 9 dollars a month, am I missing something?

This lady. Angela. Just kiked me out. Because I asked if she needed the Zip code. She asked me where the letter was headed to. She stated she needed "everything". I started by saying the zip code and she grabbed my letter put it in my hands and yelled at me. She sent me to DHL. FYI.

this the most f***** up service i have ever had. do not go here. the agent was very very very nasty. he told he could change my service over to another carrier. he told me to leave my ph for 2days. i can give you a loner ph. when i return to pick up my ph after paying him $91.00. then he tell me he could not do it and cannot refund my money. he told me my chip that was supposed to be a loner phone i payed for. so i walk out with no service and a $91.00 chip. so you know im 38 hot. he starts calling me names , my ph raggady get out. yes i will be seeing him in court.

went in this evening to ship a large express box that happened to contain a laptop among other things, same type of items that over the past 30 days i have shipped close to 5 in the same configuration, granted i usually use the FedEx on 40th and Thomas so they know me and are a bit smarter, the counter guy was the worst, first off he tried to tell me i have to ship the laptop in a laptop box no exceptions, i said no, just wrap it well in bubble wrap it will be fine. well by the time he had wrapped the laptop to "FedEx specifications" it was the only thing that would fit in the box. by then i was tired of watching him struggle and i mentioned that it was too large to ship with the other items. he started to say something so i took the items and left.

No nicer people in retail and copy service in the USA. pros all the way good fast service with a smile and nice shipping and packing. Thanks Mr Smith for this top notch place.
