This location can't open on time. How annoying. The girl gets here and takes her time opening the store even though she's already late. Pathetic and inconsiderate!!

Went in to change the card number on my method of payment and have a phone line removed from my account. Everything went smoothly and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Very nice store and pleasant staff.

Went to Boost Mobile with the intention to switch from Metropcs however boost system was not allowing me to port over and the issue was on the Boost end. After plenty of research I discovered boost has the best switch over deals. Hopefully they call me back when their system is fixed like they said they would.

The lady at the counter just walked out and lock the door and left with four people standing outside the door mask waiting to come in and then never came back had to go to a different store before I get get my insurance form printed out. I was still shocked at Boost Mobile. I don't know if she was just a worker she was the manager of the store but it was insane horrible horrible customer service.

Very good service, knowledgeable about products. The reason I gave it omly 4 ⭐ is bc she was late opening the store and we had to wait.
