“Where do I begin? Matt and Nicole have been my angels after my car accident. I was sketched out when my car insurance gave me the estimated cost for the repairs of my car. I didn’t believed them it doesn’t seemed right. So I decided to call Coachworks. My lawyer recommended them. As soon as I talked to Nicole over the phone she made me feel really reassured that I’m on the right path.They didn’t just helped me understand the condition of my car; they went above and beyond. My insurance estimated the cost of the repair way too low. I’m so grateful I went to Coachworks and got it right. They are very detailed and you can tell they are very knowledgeable with dealing with these kinds of problems. They were checking up on me almost everyday, even helped me research for my new potential car. I didn’t have to lift a finger and deal with the mess with my insurance. Matt and Nicole did everything for me. Matt even offered me if I need any help with cars to just contact him and he will evaluate it before I decide to buy it. I hope they also open a mechanic shop in the future so I can get my car maintenance work with them. I trust them very much and I recommend them 100% to anyone. “Roadrunner was recommended to me by Progressive Insurance. At first I was hesitant since I’d never heard of them. After using Roadrunner though, I would totally recommend! It wasn’t some dirty old body shop. The lobby was clean and amazingly decorated. The guys working inside were clean cut, friendly, and super knowledgeable. Their communication was excellent, and they texted me every step of the way. They handled every part of my insurance claim. When my car was done, I was able to leave my rental car there, hop in my car, and leave. They made it so easy.”
“Someone hit my car in a parking lot while I was at Pilates the other week and car star was on the list of vendors from my insurance. They were close by so I figured I would give it a shot. The team was awesome! So friendly and easy to work with. They had told me it would be a week and a half to fix my car, but had it finished in 5 days. My bumper looks amazing AND they even washed my car and cleaned the inside which I wasn’t expecting at all! They went above and beyond - definitely recommend!”
“If you’re ever looking to make repairs to your car, either after an accident or just to keep your car looking good, this is the place to go. I had a small accident and wanted to go through insurance to fix it. I didn’t know who to trust but this place and two others were given to me by my insurance. “I had come by CWC to receive a quote on fixing something with my door. Without hesitation, Lee had grabbed a few quick tools and fixed it on the spot. He even suggested to me for how to fix it next time. It took all of 5 mins to repair and I'm grateful I didn't have to spend that time waiting for quotes or an expensive repair. “So, there are only two reasons I'm not giving them a 5 star review and it's largely just "my thing", that you may have no issue with or even might even like. So that said... the communication is 5 star stellar! Mike was constantly in contact proactively calling me with updates and messages in my nearly 2 week repair work. What I did not like was as a 2A advocate, I generally won't go to businesses that do not allow me to protect myself in their shops. It was a hassle to deal with and I don't like that at all. Typically these business that don't allow you to carry are filled with lefty types that are frankly annoying. That said, I also wasn't a fan of being bribed to give a yelp review in order to not have to pay a 3% fee on a 7000 repair. No one is going to carry 7k around to pay stuff with and this felt dirty, but it did save me over 200 bucks in CC processing fees... so as long as you're good with it, it will save you. Regarding the repair. It was awesome! Great job. Pricey at 7k, but it they also cleaned my car so. Also... they wouldn't fix the extra lighting I had put in, but that was after market so I get that. All in all, super nice 4/5 stars. Great shop.”

“I am so grateful for A40 Auto Body & Paint. They did a beautiful job on my Tesla Model 3 back driver-side quarter panel and passenger door. The owner was super helpful and patient with all my questions. He gave me an accurate timeline and a very fair estimate that he stuck to. They were able to schedule my car relatively quickly, and I was super happy with the end result! Although I hope to never need to use them again, I definitely recommend A40 Auto Body & Paint for body work.”

My husband took my advice and brought his truck to the Gilbert location. The staff were very helpful. Due to deeper repairs the vehicle was taken to the Mesa location. We experienced great service from Robert. You guys really put my husband at ease. We had hiccups with the adverse’s insurance company, but Robert was on top of it. “While my Jeep ended up being totaled so I can’t speak for the work, the employees at Valley Collision made such a huge difference in my experience. My Jeep was there for about 3 weeks while I went back and forth with insurance about if it was repairable or not and Izzy contacted me through email and phone calls to keep me updated on what was going on through the whole process. “Very happy with the detailed work done on my black BMW. Jose was able to cover up some scratches and mask other obvious paint chips. Jose sent me to Auto Paint Space Age to buy a small quantity of paint so he could cover up small scratches and chips. The paint was only $18 and he returned to me what he didn’t use. The paint was a LOT cheaper than going to BMW. He also had Bill, a gentleman, who specializes on dings removal to work on my car the same day. Bill did an outstanding job given the location and the shape of the dings. Overall, very happy with the results. Highly recommend. My car looks like new again! Thank you so much, Jose!”

“Farmers Insurance had mentioned that they are a preferred company and for a 3 day job that took 5 days and still need to be cleaned up and I have to do this myself the people in office did a great job and my car looks pretty good but if they can't do it in the time they tell you they should take your vehicle to repair it only reason is because Farmers Insurance was paying for it because of their bad drivers damage my car next time I just get a check from the insurance company and find someone who can get the job done in the time it should be finished not whenever there parts people want to finish the work on time costing me time and money to have to deal with them afterwards because they have you talk to someone in a different state today all i know is that until they hire someone who can run the shop and get it done on time I will go elsewhere for any more collision jobs Larry Miller is a preferred customer service provider today for farmers Insurance and costs them more money to and time”

“This is a very good self service car wash. I typically use the touchless wash myself. There's a nice covered area with wringers and water to dry off your car and detail.
I've only ever had one small issue and the owner was very responsive and very pleasant and the issue was resolved quickly.
Highly recommended!”
