Why is there only one banker available, at most, every time I come in? The teller says come back another time like it’s guess work and hopefully you win the lottery and the banker is somehow available next time you come in. The building is empty except for the ONE banker and ONE teller. So many open offices and desks but there is ONE banker?
The customer service sucks too. When you call customer service directly they send you a text with a one-time code, which the text says they will never ask for, but customer service requires that code to authenticate your account and help you. The text says BMO won’t ask for it, but they do, and they require it! Seems pretty suspicious and counterintuitive.

Great customer service went in there this morning to get a debit card. Teller was very nice and friendly, as were the other employees. Would definitely recommend this location :)

This is the first branch that I visited after moving to AZ. The customer service is great! The staff members know me by name and they are always courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. My only negative comment is that "people come and go so quickly" there. I have dealt with at least 4 different bankers in the 5.5 years that I have been in AZ. Thus far, the current manager, Debbie, has been the most consistent. She has never failed to help resolve any issue that I might have.

I was having some difficulty with my new account and it was making the whole experince discouraging. However when I visited in branch and met Debbie kKaya, she turned everything around and provide me polite and quick help. She resolved my issues as quick as possible and made a wonderful experience with BMO Harris. I went into that branch to close my account, and Debbie made me a member for life! Keep up the fantastic work!

Tried calling this branch to get some answers about my account. No one would answe the phone, and after 3 rings it hung up on me. I had to call back 5 times before I got someone. And she really knew very little. She said there were only 2 people working. Two people? On a friday afternoon at a bank? Probably will close my accounts. Its amateur hour over here.

This location is horrible, don't ever go to this location. My husband and I went in with a BMO check on a Saturday, they didn't have any bankers working so they couldn't help us and the younger gentlemen deposited our check as a normal check and not a BMO check so we are waiting 4 days to get our money instead of having it instantly because the guy messed up.

I withdraw money on sunday from my banks atm. It gave me all 20$bills. I am gonna travel oversees and i wanted to change them with 100$ bills. Since this BMO bank is next to my house i came to this branch and asked for it . She asked if i am BMO customer if not they cant do it. I am glad i am not BMO customer and never will be. So amateur!!

Justifiable 5 star compliment to the branch on Greenfield in Mesa! Been banking with BMO Harris for several years in Illinois and now in Arizona and have always received an exceptional service!

Formerly M&I bank, it was acquired by BMO Harris Bank, a Canadian owned bank. Just when I thought I had found the worst bank (M&I) I met BMO. Downright the most archaic banking systems that making simple transactions challenging. They fail to train their employees on systems, products which makes the whole experience a three-ring circus! If you do not have time to wait for ill-informed, slow paced bankers I would avoid this bank at all costs and go somewhere else like Wells, they might try to sell you on things but at least they have technology are knowledgable and fast! Glad I made the switch.
